The food was rushed and sloppy, even after I waited 25 min inside. I ordered a bacon king and got this. I’m sure my kids can make a better burger than this. 10/30/24 at around 1700

Who ever the straight black-haired lady is that works here is completely and utterly useless and rude to the customers. All she has to do is be nice and put on a smile, but no straight attitude and rolling her eyes. We will not be going there again and would recommend to find somewhere else to eat.

Editing previous review. If you go during the day the black manager, didn’t get his name is awesome. Food has been consistently fresh when he works. Discounts been on point and the staff really seems to hustle. I go inside usually as well.

I have never left a review before but I feel like I have to if it will prevent other soliders/civilians from getting sick. I ordered a Whopper w/ cheese and bacon. My whopper was not only under cooked but it didn’t have bacon which is what I paid for. Wish this BK was much better because it’s convenient for soldier’s who have a short lunch break and need to grab something quick. No longer will be getting BK on post.

I can’t complain about the service and food I received. I also don’t go during busy hours so that might be why I receive great service. I also use my Burger King app for the $5 Whopper meal.

Ordered myself an Impossible croissant. Very satisfying. Can’t tell it’s not meat. The regular one was for my son.

I had to change from 4 to 3 because of the food. Three times now, the onion rings have come out like room temperature styrofoam. The burger patties seem like they may be undercooked.

No sales tax because it’s on post. Texas whopper is a positive option on the menu.

This store’s hours are constantly wrong on Google.

Like most of the food chains on base they are mismanaged versions and always out of half of the menu. Very often they have no bread or the milkshakes machine is down and pretty major deficiencies and out of stocks. Buns always cold and cheese not melted as their equipment sucks. Profits are good as they can afford a store remodel, but they cannot seem to run and properly order or keep in stock the actual product and equipment needed. It is unfortunate. Been here four years and nearly half of the encounters with this place they have an excuse as to why you cannot have it your way. The employees are nice and not their fault, but place is run very poorly ir the chain cannot seem to get them what they need to carry the name. PX should get rid of this one for a food business on base that can function and serve what they advertise.
