Came here to feed my hungry kiddo and not only was the young man in the front super cool but he made our DQ trip so easy very comfortable and the store is always as clean as can be. I enjoy our local Dq!!! Sundays here we come!

Been coming to this location for years, finally witnessed a disaster. I placed a drive through order for three blizzards, which were properly repeated back to me. When pulling up, they repeated the price and took my card then handed me two tiny sundaes. When I mentioned the mistake, I was told I said the wrong order. Eventually someone else came over, Alyssa(?), and I said I’d be happy to pay the difference then wait, but they said this was impossible and suggested I go back through and order again.
After some further insistence there was nothing they could do, two properly sized blizzards magically appeared and were handed to me in silence. Followed by more silent fumbling when I requested a drink carrier. The silence was finally broken by Alyssa insisting it was the customer’s responsibility to confirm the order. When I reminded her that I did, and that as a customer there was literally nothing more I could do when they say they’ve ostensibly heard me correctly, I was dismissed with more silence.
They also neglected to give me back my credit card, or a receipt. The return visit was, once again, done in silence.
Minus the two stooges, 10/10 staff. Love the place

Alex, in particular, is awesome. He gives the senior discount, as can tell I’m a senior without even asking. And he gave my dog little pup cup of ice cream! The store is marvelous, the food, employees, and atmosphere!

I mean it’s just a fast food restaurant but charging almost $60 for an ice cream cake is just wild to me. My friend did love it, and it was his birthday and the girl that helped me be on the register was super nice and helpful with her recommendation.

I asked for a simple Birthday Ice Cream Cake for my soon to be daughter in law. And DQ out did themselves. We loved it. It was decorated so cute and it was delicious. Definitely will be ordering my ice cream cakes from them again
