I wish I could come here more often but I’m broke broke, I just ate here on the 4th and mmaaannn this was delicious! The lady whole I spoke to around 5pm or so gave me great customer service, she knew exactly what she was talking about and she was very helpful without making me feel stupid. I appreciate that they give samples here. The salads themselves especially for the price were the best I’ve had I don’t eat chicken salad a lot, but whoever this was perfect for the pallet, just savory enough. The tomatoe basil soup was amazing as well and went perfectly with the salads. They were quick as well. No complaints one of my favorite additions to Jasper for sure!!

Nearly $40 dollars & they gave me a pound of onions with a little chicken instead of fruity Fran. There is not a sticker on the bottom at all so no idea which oniony one they gave us. But I cannot eat this…I can’t even stand to smell it. I had to double ziplock bag it & take it outside to trash can

They were going to let me leave the store without telling me that the soup I ordered was out of stock. The cashier handed me my order and was like ok here it is bye. I said I’m missing my soup. It was a whole quart so it was obvious that it wasn’t included. They also left out salad dressing and pickles from the order. Inside the store was empty with four people in the drive thru. Very unorganized staff today.

The service was great. I’ve only been one other time to a different location I had turkey both times. I don’t like chicken salad and frankly I don’t really get this place. My wife however does and from what she tells me it is not special enough to be a specialty place with the product in the name and charge what they do. The Publix chicken salad is better and less expensive. That’s one opinion I understand. Overall the quality, serving size, cleanliness etc were all on par. Just that though. Nothing special, you kind of expect a more specialty experience here… The service was excellent.

Went to get three pounds of three different flavors of chicken salad. Ordered first flavor and the lady said we are out of that one. Ordered second flavor and the lady said we are out of that one too. Ordered third flavor and the lady said we are out of that one too. Granted it was only 6pm. Not acceptable to be out of all three flavors that I went to get so I left with nothing.

A group of us meet here for lunch. There was plenty of seating, and the menu had a good variety of offerings. The loaded potato soup was delicious, and the croissant was flaky and tasted sublime.
Staff was attentive and informative without being pushy or intrusive.

I’ve never received a correct order at this location. All minor details, that make for a 3 star rating rather than a 5 star rating. Also, the girl at the drive thru window should refrain from playing with her ponytail while handling food. I recommend some retraining of your staff. I’m not sure why the location shows as closed on the Chicken Salad Chick webpage, but perhaps this could be addressed in the retraining of your staff.

So excited for this location to open!!
Also really hoping for one to open up in canton!!

Edit: Now open! This place it so great! I eat there regularly. The new workers are still getting used to the setup and routines , so the drive-through atm is a little bit faster than going inside to order if you’re doing to-go.

The food is hit or miss for me. Sometimes it was fresh and tasty, and sometimes not. I ordered a chicken salad BLT combo last time and they were out of classic Carol so instead I got dixie chick, (which is the same but with onions) it was super runny and had a funky aftertaste. A little later that night I felt very nauseous and it was definitely from the chicken salad. That was my only bad experience so far other than long drive thru waits.

We should’ve read the most recent reviews before stopping here. My husband and I were 2 out of 3 people in the entire restaurant yet we still waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches. The sides were on the wrong plates and my husband asked for no tomato but had tomato on his. Very disappointing. Nothing like the one I’d tried previously in Charlotte.
