Came in to get a drink, First thing first I was not greeted or anything the employee the woman stand there and looked at me as she was cleaning and said what am I here for. I place a drink order with very good detail. She messed up the order and once I told her it was messed up she said that’s the best she can do and just look at me. Another girl came upfront and said she will remake it after making four other drinks as if I wasn’t already there and my order was messed up. She did it better than the first girl, but also did not do it right. She said as well, that’s the best she can do. I am a loyal customer to Starbucks and that’s the first time my drink has been messed up in years. Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered my drink 8 minutes before I arrived and still waited 10 minutes for my drink when I got there. The baristas gave no sense of urgency or efficiency even though three people were there. I’ve never been late to work until today. Not happy.

I always do a mobile order because this location is closest to my job and I don’t always have time to wait around and be ignored in the lobby. The last few times I’ve came the service has sucked but I just brush it off but today the worker was rude in the drive thru. In a condescending tone she said they prefer for customers to come inside so they have 12+ minutes to make the order. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. It is not my fault or problem the staff isn’t properly trained to handle a high volume location. Do better.

Worst Starbucks. Half the time they wait to see if you tip then decide how fast they’re gonna be to make your drink. Ordered pick up way before I got to the store and still had to wait over 15 min inside for 1 tall drink.

This is the 3rd time I have stopped into this store and the 3rd time they have made my drink order wrong. When i called back they admitted it but we were already on the freeway by the time we noticed. When I called corporate they said there was nothing they can do without a receipt, which the store didn’t provide me with one. Starbucks has officially lost a customer. Do better with your customer services.

This location is super new and fresh. All the baristas are very nice and welcoming. Very comfy chairs and table. Definitely a spot you could sit and reply to some emails.

I went through the drive through today at this location. When I pulled up to the window my baby dropped her bottle, I was trying to get her situated and then pay. The woman at the window was so kind, patient, and leaned far over with the reader so I didn’t have to move much as I had a lot going on. Simple act of kindness but at that moment I couldn’t have been more grateful. From a tired mom, thank you!

This is the slowest Starbucks and the closest Starbucks to me in stl. Prepare to wait in a long line. The staff is usually doing everything except making your drink correctly

I was happy to visit this convenient location for my birthday reward and use my stars for a cup of coffee.
My food and coffee were both ready when I arrived. I dined in to enjoy my meal and saw the usual well orchestrated performance of the trained staff.
I was finally able to taste the Chicken, maple butter and egg sandwich which had been out of stock lately when I wanted to order one. It was acceptable, but nothing special.
As I left, I noticed a large amount of trash around the entrance. I looked for a trash can but saw none. Not a good idea if you want people to throw away their trash. Noone picked it up either which reflects poorly on management and the staff in general.
