Just enjoyed another absolutely lovely visit to Panache for their holiday tea experience and it was wonderful! The service is always exceptional, the atmosphere is elegant and special, but still comfortable and welcoming, and the savory and sweet treats are always fresh, delicious and unique. We went to Panache on a Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the day after my daughter’s birthday. We were very pleasantly surprised by our experience.
There is a very large selection, 28 options when we went, of high quality loose leaf teas, we were able to enjoy 3 each with our 3 tier tea service. The Buckingham Palace Garden Party was my favorite and my daughter loved the Strawberry Lemonade. The best part is they have their teas available for you to purchase to take home as well.
They bring out your first tea before your food so you have time to sip and chat. They’re 3 tier service was wonderful! There was so much food we honestly couldn’t finish it, and at $35 a person this was an amazing value. Everything was delicious. Our favorites were the Pesto Chicken Salad pinwheels, the blueberry scones, which were some of the best scones I’ve ever had, and the dessert shooter, which was a custard that they said was a south African dessert, and it was amazing.
The atmosphere here was great as well, it was bright and clean. And the fun matching tea sets were very cute. Our server was a very pleasant and attentive woman whom we enjoyed very much. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning. Thank you Panache for a lovely afternoon.

Sophistication, elegance, refined-three words I would use to describe this ethereal tea experience! The food is: FRESH, flavorful, SCRATCH-made. The sandwiches are light, tasty, filling. The desserts/sweets are fresh and bright and flavorful! You’re guided through your entire experience by Mrs. Camy -sorry, did not get exact spelling. When you step into Panache’, you REALLY are spending time with Mrs. Camy and her incredible family! Put away your phone, loosen your belt, and soak-in the peacefulness! You won’t be disappointed!

Wow! I finally made time to try out their tea service for my birthday and it was amazing!! The atmosphere is very relaxing. The owner encourages you to take your time. We were there for about an hour 40 mins and I left feeling like Id meditated. We went with the deluxe tea service to try a little bit of everything. We left full with sweets left over for later. The sweets are amazing but it was the savory bites that won me over. I did not realize it but you can purchase their food in larger sizes and you can pick it up to go if you’d like. I’ll say this, try the savory pies, they are excellent!! I could not recommend this place more!!

What a great little gem! Cute spot in downtown Waterloo. Was absolutely gorgeous on the inside, which set a very good ambience. The tea and food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and was a very enjoyable experience. Customer service was five stars . Hands-down, this is the place to go if you want a delectable tea service. Will definitely be going back.
