Love Dunkin for the convenience of mobile order. The East Islip
Location is usually quick. The store is sometimes dirty and could use an upgrade. Donut selection is sometimes problematic as well. Minor issues that when added up are the reason for 4 stars. Will I continue to visit, yes. Can the experience be better, yes as well.

The order is completely wrong. It’s not difficult to read an order that says sausage NOT bacon, white cheese instead of American cheese, and for all 5 orders to be messed up. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I understand that it’s just food, but people want to get what they pay for. If they’re understaffed, it’s okay to take a little longer, but fast pace doesn’t mean accurate orders are being made. It’s disappointing. The worst part I didn’t realize until I got to work.

They usually make my coffee exactly as I order it. Lately though it’s been either too light or too dark. Hopefully it’ll be correct next time like it has been for the past year.

Best Dunkin to get iced coffee they make it right every time with my order specifics! The staff are always friendly and move quickly to get your order prepared and you on your way. Whether its a to-go or in store order there is always someone to give you a smile and make sure you have exactly what you need. I have seen the staff in this store go above and beyond to assist disabled customers as they truly care about the neighborhood in which they serve. I love their Latte’s in the colder months as well!
