Awful, the only reason this has a high rating is most likely from employees and management making reviews. I have never had a smooth transaction here, the kids that work here just stand around and talk. Off the clock workers stand there and distract the workers, while awkwardly glaring at customers. My coffee (only thing i ordered) was ready and just sitting on the counter for several minutes before I was called. Ridiculous mcdonalds has better quality and service. Apparently you need to ring a bell to get your mobile order put on the mobile order shelf…no sign letting customers know that. I was standing with 2 other customers waiting on mobile orders. All of us could see our bags no staff was addressing us.

Honestly, I’ve tried this Dunkin several times just to make sure I’m not coming on an off day, but I’ve lost count of how many times something has been wrong with my order. I always order via the app because:
1. It prints out exactly what I want and have chosen, so there shouldn’t be a mess-up since I don’t have to rely on hoping the person heard me right via the speaker. &
2. Less wait time, as the order is sent and should be close to ready.
Unfortunately, as I said, I’ve lost count of how many times my order hasn’t been right, and I don’t mean, “Oh, we are out of stock of that item.” I’ve ordered a caramel drink and instead gotten coconut flavoring, or a latte with no whipped cream added thar was requested, a bacon avocado toast with no bacon, I asked for less ice and received no ice, etc. I once had the cashier try to hand me my drink without a lid, with him grabbing it from the top. When I pointed out that he forgot the lid, he stopped trying to hand it to me and also spilled some on the ground, and I had to request another one (because he didnt offer too) to be made instead because I wasn’t taking that at that point.
Do yourself a favor and just drive the mile, half-mile, whatever it is, up the road on the same street to the other Dunkin’ on Federal that’s its own building. They have been great there, and while not perfect, I can definitely say they rarely have as many issues.

Atmosphere, i debated on giving 5 stars. I mean it’s a gas station. I’m not sure how to rate the atmosphere. The people, service and food on the other hand are great, one of our regular stops every day.
Definitely the best dunkins in the area staff is great friendly remember people and their prior orders wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I had 2 the staff at gas station is just as friendly and great also

Lowering from 5* to a 3* rating. In the time since my last review this establishment has had some new hires, some of which are okay, but many are impatient, unwelcoming, and in some instances downright rude (in my experience). I went from always being content with my order, to constant dissatisfaction. I am always polite, and understanding that some days are harder than others, but I refuse to be treated with anything other than basic human decency when I enter a place of business.

I would give zero stars if I could! UNPROFESSIONAL! GROSS! They messed up my order. It took forever. When I finally got my order. I had hairs floating in my drink. Said something about the HAIR. Just to be yelled at for their mistake. It was so unprofessional. NOT TO SHAME BUT GROSS. I didn’t pay 4 dollars for there to be hair and literal dirt in my drink!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time.

Every time I order from this Dunkin’ my orders wrong or I can’t eat my food cuz it’s burnt to a fricken crisp! They can’t even toast a bagel and put cream cheese on Both sides of a bagel. So now I’m gunna go throw away the food I just spent money on, thanks for nothing Dunkin’! From this point forward I will be checking everything and if it’s not made the way I want it it’s either going to get remade or I’m getting my money back…what happened to the customers always right?! Why make dam near 18 bucks an hour to get stuff wrong and do what u want behind the counter!! People need to stop getting hired because they’re friends with people that work there instead of actually knowing how to do the job !!
