I come to this Dunkin frequently before work as it’s very local to my job. I mobile order and it’s always there and hot when I arrive. Staff are very kind and when you’re a regular they remember you. I recommend this location!

It’s the lack of efficiency for me. Just watching certain orders fulfilled prior to those placed via rapid mobile was a clear indicator. There needs to be a level of accountability amongst franchise owners along with mandatory retraining if they’re representatives of a major brand. Price doesn’t always have to be an indicator of quality. I expect more from this brand based on trust.

The coffee and hashbrowns I ordered were fine, but I am not sure what happened to the strawberry and I wish I could put a picture here to show that it looks like it was curdled and it tasted sour instead of sweet the only thing good about it was a little bit of the whipped cream on top. I will not be wasting my money there again

DISGRACEFUL!!! I ordered 3 meal deals and they gave me 2! So we went straight back in to say we only got 2 (we had the three drinks but food for 2). And they totally denied us our food and told us we had to pay again if we wanted it! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN – BE WARNED!!!! Alsom, a complaint has been made to head office!

Very friendly and quick service. Occasionally when busy they may get orders a little off. This is especially true with iced coffee drinks are inconsistent in strength and not mixed thoroughly. They do strive to make it right though. Layout is also a bit odd the register is at the far back corner and when it is busy makes it hard to maintain 6 feet.
