I purchased a gift card for my Mom online, no were does it say on there that the gift card is for online orders only. My Mom went to the resturant and after finishing their meal was told they could not use the gift card and were forced to pay themselves. I called after the fact to speak to a manager about the situation and get a refund on the gift card since I now needed to give money to my Mom. The lady claimed a manager was not present and that I should call again tomorrow but that a manager is not present daily and comes in randomly, never scheduled. She said that you can use gift cards to eat in the restaurant. And I asked then why couldn’t they have done that while my mother was there. I called right after my Mom left and this lady acted like she didn’t know about the situation. My Mom was the only customer and they went in the back to speak to an older person (likely a manager) at the time to ask about the gift card before telling my Mom she couldn’t use it. I will try one more time calling them, but it is highly likely it was a way to blow me off. I will update the review then. Hopefully they do what is right and refund me before it needs to esculate. Mom said her dish was yummy but the other 2 dishes were disappointing.
EDIT: I called back explaining I didn’t have the time to call every day until I caught the owner. They gave me a number to reach the people who issue their inline gift card to get a refund and told me in the future for gift cards fir inside the resturant, to call the resturant and do it over the phone.

Greeted by both waitpersons; both very friendly and cheerful. Food was prompt – I did not have to wait long at all. I tried the Khao Soi for the first time with chicken. Spice level 2 – which was perfect amount of heat. The crunchy noodles were a delightful discovery. Pot stickers very good (more sauce to go!)

I love this place. The food is absolutely delicious. The service is fast and friendly, and the music is mellow and relaxing. My dinner came out of the kitchen quickly, which was perfect because I was so hungry. I had duck curry with pineapple. It had a rating of 2 for spiciness on a scale of 5. I like a bit of spicy so I thought it would be too mild for me, but the heat of the curry was very satisfying. It even cleaned out my sinuses. I’m only passing through on my way back to Idaho, and now I wish I could take this place home with me. I’d love to try everything on their menu!

This place is a joke I tried it once a couple years ago and it was okay but this time it was just gross. Pad Thai was not good but I was so hungry I ate it. Don’t recommend.
Also the server was in such a rush to take order and checked in on us once from really far away like she was scared to walk up. Minimal effort for service. As you can tell we were the ONLY table there…. So idk ♀️ maybe she just doesn’t care for our business. Not to worry we won’t be back I will be going to my favorite place in Portland Siri Thai! Anyone reading this please go check out Siri Thai if this one doesn’t work out

We ordered from here on a whim, because we were craving some Thai salad rolls- they were good BUT their PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE was ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!!!!!!
Honestly in the Top 3 Best fried rices I’ve EVER had! My Husband does not care for fried rice & he couldn’t stop eating it! I wish I would have taken some pictures to add to this review but we honestly ate it too fast to even think about taking a picture haha 😛
We also got the Fried Bananas, but were both personally not impressed with those (especially after the fried rice). They were like mashed banana egg rolls with no flavor or sweetness.

Has great flavor and decent portions. We purchased a little of everything just see what we liked. When the food arrived it was fresh amd hot. The drunken noodle and the pineapple fried rice were delicious as well as the pho. Jusy be mindful it’s the thai version and not the vietnamese pho. The chicken satay is small in size, overcooked, and more on the crispy/dried side. The gyoza and the accompanied sauce were my kids favorite. It gets pretty crowded and the service is fast. They will never get a 5 star from me due to an automatic gratuity of 17% for a party of 6 or more. I have kids that are under 4. But our family is always a group of 6. I typically will give a 20%-25% tip except for places that do this. Another down side is you have to look at printed signs taped everywhere saying what you can and cant do and random placed signs saying what you will be charged extra for. They also dont give you refills on soda. You are paying for 1 can of soda they pull from a fridge.
