Went one time before didn’t like the food. Tried it again on Valentine’s Day. My usual seafood boil spot shut down. So I ordered my food online @ 4:15pm. Received a message that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited longer than the allotted time. Waited 15-20 minutes just to pay for my order. My order still was not ready. Waited another 30 minutes still no food. Was about to ask for a refund because now I’m late to work by this time. In the process of asking for a refund they bring my food. After an hour wait. Came out the restaurant feeling funny throat started itching. Then the next day in the following day I had a headache and ended up getting sick so somebody was sick in the restaurant and spreaded their germs and gave it to me. With all the time that I had to wait you would have thought the food would have been excellent. I received a bland no season or flavored seafood boil. I was highly disappointed. I definitely won’t go back.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant ever. Also, the best place to get snow crab legs. All other seafood restaurants do not compare to how delicious the juicy bucket’s crabs and garlic butter are. Please I need the recipe! I absolutely recommend going here. The staff are very friendly as well.

This place is fantastic. It is clean, servers were super friendly and the food is delicious! We ordered the mix and match seafood boil with Cajun seasoning. Sorry for no pictures, but we were too busy enjoying. This restaurant will definitely be a regular for us. I highly recommend.

Sabrina was our server tonight and she was so sweet and on top of it. The drinks were yummy and the seafood boils came out quickly. The food itself was delicious and well executed. I even forgot my leftovers and one of the staff members chased me down before we left to make sure I had it. Juicy bucket made for a great girls night!

We arrived at 9pm. Restaurant closes at 11 and they started mopping the floors at 10pm while we were still eating. Ordered medium crabs. They were heavy but they were small not medium. I ordered tea and got one before they ran out, so no refills. Service was slow and inattentive. We had to flag down other servers for requests because our server was in the bar. For price I’ve had better experience at numerous other seafood houses. $99.95 for that crab boil. Not worth it

Scallops and shrimp in boil a bag. Great taste seafood was cooked perfectly. Popcorn was a nice touch. Red potatoes and corn was great. Service was good. Building is located in mall which closes very early. Also a little dated.

I post reviews for one of three reasons: Really great service, really bad service, or I’m specifically asked to (in which case, the service is good, but not earth shattering).
This is the second reason. Several times I contemplated just walking out due to lack of attentiveness. The only thing stopping me was my overly moral right/wrong brain.
The table that came in after us, ordered two of their seafood boils got served and left before we even got our food. We ordered simple fried shrimp and wings.
We sat for over half an hour after finishing before even recieving our check. We never even got the refills we asked for.
The food was lackluster and the service horrendous.
Never again will I step foot in this place.

The food was absolutely incredible. Even the customer service was swell. It was amazing! It’s a reasonable pricing just the most incredible snow crab I’ve ever had. Spice levels and sauce choosing is great i have a very low spice tolerance and mild was perfect!! Definitely a good to restaurant.

The food here is fantastic. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star review is it just seems like they need more staff. Our service wasn’t the best and it wasn’t because she didn’t try. It was just busy and maybe only 2 servers. I also agree with a previous review that said we got the same thing but didn’t have the same amount of food in our buckets which is strange but honestly it was a decent amount of food so it was fine. We will try again sometime!
