This place is a huge hidden gem. I love Italian food and pasta and this is our second visit, and it’s been great every time.
This time I got Bolognese and it was near perfect. You can fully tell the pasta is homemade even if they didn’t have the pile by the front counter to look at. It’s easily 2 portions for me, making the ~$18 price tag worth it.
This time we also got a salad, and I would say that wasn’t worth the $8. It was also salty which I didn’t enjoy.
But every pasta and gnocchi we’ve tried is wonderful. Our only complaint is that it’s not closer!

We heard so much about this place so we had to come try it. The wait was a little over 20 min (from lining up to getting our food). Flavors were really good but the fried calamari wasn’t crispy at all and the fettuccine funghi was extremely oily because the truffle sauce separated after only 3 min (see pic). I couldn’t finish it because it became nauseatingly greasy. I’ll come back to try the rigatoni but I’m steering clear of the creamy pastas.

This is a must for me every time I’m in Plano – homemade pasta cooked to order. Delicious tiramisu. Friendly people.
It’s a little oasis in the metro bubble – sit outside on the patio with something delicious to eat and people watch or read a book, and you’ll be transported.

I was playing in a tournament across this highway and found this place on apple maps! Best decision I made to come eat here. EVERYTHING is authentic and handmade and the staff are the nicest people in the world. Definitely support this business, love it!

Great place for fresh pasta. It’s clearly made fresh with semolina flour for that unmistakable al dente texture found in excellent pasta. The cheese stuffed tortellini is excellent, I also highly recommend anything with pesto. That said, you really can’t go wrong with any of their sauces.
The entree portions are more than enough. We got an appetizer that was excellent but, in all, more food than we could eat.
If I was served pasta like this in a white table cloth restaurant I’d be pleased. Finding such excellent pasta in a little, order at the counter, restaurant was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Next time we’re in the mood for pasta we’ll be back.
Note: The front of the restaurant isn’t visible from the parking lots. If you go towards the front door of Texas and turn around you’ll see it right away.

Miss Pasta is a hidden gem for anyone who loves fresh, comforting Italian food. The pasta is clearly made with care, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously portioned. I tried the Alfredo and the meat lasagna, and both were absolutely delicious. Rich sauces, great seasoning, and you can really taste the difference in quality.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff makes you feel right at home. They’re friendly, quick, and happy to offer recommendations. You can tell they take pride in their food and service.
Whether you’re dining in or taking it to go, Miss Pasta is a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Great value, great taste, and a truly satisfying meal every time.

We have been coming to this place since it’s opening. I must say it’s truly a Gem to get this fresh pasta. I haven’t had food this good outside of Italy.
Everything hand made. Chief inspired platters with taste made to perfection. The staff is extremely kind and make it easy to come back and visit.

This is a fantastic fast-casual restaurant! The handmade pasta is incredibly fresh, and the texture is absolutely superior. Based on photos in reviews, I expected small portions served, but the real-life portions are generous. I left with a full stomach and a happy heart. Highly recommend this place! Oh, I love the fact that they made to go so easy. You just grab a lid and go because the food comes in paper bowl container ready to go .

I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. The calamari was quite good and I enjoyed the sauces that came with it. I ordered #15 and the pasta was a bit disappointing because the noodles were under cooked. I expected bouncy noodles, but instead got firm and chewy noodles. The focaccia bread was just ok. It wasn’t heavy, but I was expecting a crispy exterior with a soft interior. The cannoli was the highlight. There’s a hint of lemon in the cream and I love lemon. I would go back and order several cannolis.

We have been wanting to try this place but I saw the prices were a bit expensive. We finally tried it and the staff was super friendly and helpful. All the recipes are family ones from the owner in Italy. I had the gnocchi al ragu. The gnocchi is delicious and fresh with a generous portion of beef ragu and bolognese sauce. My husband has the January special which was homemade spaghetti (bucatinicon salsiccia e ricotta salata). The homemade pasta was so fresh with just the right amount of spice. On top of that, we had the homemade focaccia bread. I don’t think I’ve ever had any better bread. We sat out in the patio because it was a nice evening. It’s a bit loud from the traffic. There are so many things on the menu. We invite you to try it and enjoy it like we did.
