Ordered a 3 topping $15 stuffed crust today on the app because I wanted a decent pizza. Half the pizza barely had any cheese at all and the dough was so tough it literally hurt your jaw to chew through it. Would’ve been better off ordering a $7 little Cesars pizza. It’s been a while since I’ve had Pizza Hut. It will probably be the last time. 7-11 pizza is better than the garbage I got from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut used to be so good. What happened?

Don’t bother trying to get anyone on the phone. Both pizzas are burnt, especially the cheese. The crust looks like pita. I’m not sure how this passed their “inspection.” Yuck!

Food was 30 minutes late after the supposed ready time. And to top that off they burned the cookie that we ordered. We were offered $10 credit so I accepted. When the total due was ready I asked to include the $10 but they said it was for a future order. Never again will I order from this location. The manager didn’t even showed his/her face to apologize. Avoid this location.

Today I placed an order online for delivery I received two pizza melts. The wait time stated 30 to 40 minutes . The wait time ended up being over an hour. Upon receiving my order, it was not hot and the melts were very hard and dry very disappointing. The manager on duty didn’t know how to work the system to apply my refund. This was $22 without the the tip. A word to the wise if you’re not picking up your order, do not do delivery.

This Pizza Hut is the worst in Orlando. If you order pick-up, be prepared to wait an additional 20 minutes after you get notified its ready! I had it delivered this time since I stay 1.3 miles from this one and it took an hour to get here and it wasn’t even what I ordered and what i did receive was burnt to hell! Plus the staff really doesn’t even care

Awful customer service young kid at front counter needs to be trained in customer service. I understand it was a busy night but telling customers “I dont know what to tell you” isn’t an appropriate answer. Or running out of product and giving people whatever pizza you messed up that has been sitting on counter for awhile not to mention the quality is poor. I hope you prepare better for next tuesday

This location has truly fallen off. I waited two hours just to receive my pizza, and forget trying to get anyone on the phone who can actually help — no one seems able to do anything about it. The last time I ordered from this location, they gave me the wrong order. I let it go and decided to give them another chance, but this experience sealed it. Very disappointing.
