I ordered sausage and egg biscuits for my two boys when I get there they are out of biscuits so they put it on sourdough bread and when we get home there’s a huge hair in the eggs. On top of this the last time I ordered I ordered a sausage and egg burrito and they somehow forgot the sausage seems like the service after breakfast Monday through Friday is horrible it seems like 4 out of 5 times there is something wrong or something missing with my order. It has to be the worst service of any restaurant

Our Hardee’s is always consistent with great food. However, the best part is the staff. Connie and her people are the kindest, most caring people ever in general, but they are one of the few fast food places that actually care about the quality of your food and getting it right!

The young man @ the counter was very pleasant and well spoken. That means a lot. I like to feel like I’m dealing with intelligent people that know how to speak to the public.

Drive thru is a scam as they park people waiting on their food due to avoiding poor window times. The burgers have old bread which anyone who’s ate there knows. The people who work there mostly seem like they want to avoid customers at the counter. The food itself is a heath risk and seems poorly made. The breakfast burritos which are my favorite is just poorly made. But their sweet tea is good.

I go through the drive thru in Erwin at least a couple of times a week. The employees there are always cheerful and friendly even at 5:00AM. My order is always correct and the food is always hot.

I got a bag cheese burger bag meal last week the bins were dried out and no condiments were on it . Not fit for a dog to eat. This morning my BF went to get us all breakfast at 11:15 am . They are supposed to serve breakfast on weekends till 12 and he was told they were out of biscuits. Step i t up Erwin Hardee’s. I want be going back there anymore.

The service in this place is getting worse and worse. I would’ve gotten fired at other places for having the attitude someone had at the counter with me like I was being smart when I said what I wanted. The wait for my food was also comparable to McDonald’s (in Erwin) which is insane (10+ minutes). I’m not coming here anymore to this location.
