The Banks Crossing location has been fantastic. 1st thing you notice compared to similar places in the area is how clean the restaurant is. Gives you a little more confidence of the cleanliness in the kitchen. Secondly, they move quickly and process your order fast. Lastly, its just good. We always get burgers and an order of wings and we have not been disappointed. The wings are a good size and they even take the time to wrap the burgers nicely. In an area where the customer service has been depleted, this is a bright spot.

Specifically, the best of them all is located on Bank Crossing Rd by JC Penny!
The staff who take orders work very quickly and accurately, and they always have a bright, polite and energetic attitude, which makes me feel good.
Also, we have been visit very often and take-out it, and the cook there is always so perfect that we couldn’t be disappointed.
It’s very fantastic! I guess I will probably continue to enjoy the food there.

This place is a hit or miss. Food do be good but if I order wings with a side of sauce, I get fried wings with sauce on the side. 2nd thing is They always outta the Oreo milkshake flavor. Like always. I bet if you go in there today they’ll always have STRAWBERRY. WNB is good this location is not.

I had to stop coming to this store. The female owner is extremely racist to black people. I’ve heard her say how we steal right to my face. She literally just tolerates customers. Even if you try to be nice and polite. She just stares at you with a stone cold face. No smile at all! The vibes are cold in that store. Buy your chicken wings somewhere else. Let’s not give people our money who hate us.

The facility was very clean, nice atmosphere to sit in to eat. TV for entertainment and music. I was greeted when entered. Everyone was nice.
This place reminds me of Touchdown wings,only they have milkshakes; which is nice . The food was good. I will make a return visit. This was my first visit for us.

These people have the worst customer service ever. The Asian lady at the front never has a smile and is completely rude. They have so many stipulations posted everywhere to avoid being able to accommodate speaking English (which I think is a fraud). Now I’m not racist on my end because clearly I patronize the business but from the MANY encounters I’ve had, I’d have to say it’s the other way around, especially for their main demographic of customers which is sad. Go somewhere where you’re appreciated because it’s clearly not this place.

I would come to this restaurant about every few weeks for a year but my recent visit I got treated horribly by the owner and assistant manager. The communication is horrible enough, I ordered wings and a side, two flavors and they only made one flavor. When asked for my second flavor the refused. When asked for a refund they refused. Then when I tried to grab my food to leave they chased me as if I was in the wrong. Never Again!!!!

I have never eaten at this place but I must say this place is probably the best wing place in Fayetteville. Way better than WingStop, American Deli, or Wings and Things. Prices are reasonable and the food is hot. My favorite flavor so far is the honey lemon pepper and the honey mild. The hiuse fried rice is good to. The flavor of the wings were great. I definitely will be back.
