This is not my first issues I’ve had with this Wendy’s. Just ordered 4 meals, all 4 burgers were made wrong, the patties were all dried out. Fries & chicken nuggets were all ice cold, I only live about 5 mins away. Employe working front counter seemed more concerned about going back around the counter and sitting with her friends that were there then taking my order correctly. Half the time I go to this location the fries and nuggets are cold. Last time I went back thru the driveway to ask for fresh fries and nuggets they acted very annoyed and then made me wait over 15 mins to get fresh ones. I have had it with this Hudsonville Wendy’s. I will Never go back to this place. You can tell from ownership and management they just don’t care or try.
Someone really needs to call corporate on this location. So nasty , gives Wendy’s a bad name!

Their ice machine has mold in it, always get a drink with no ice or if you want to live don’t get any food from this place ever again. The workers are dirty the whole restaurant is disgusting and should be shut down which is exactly what I’m going to do on Friday is call the Health Department on this place. Shame on you lazy workers.

This was one of the grossest Wendy’s I have ever been too. Bathrooms gross. No soap. Towel dispenser did not work and towels and trash littered the floor with the towel dispenser hanging open. Floors were not swept and coke all over the floor by coke dispenser. Tables In restaurant not clean and all garbage receptacles were overflowing! Worst part is that there were no customers inside the restaurant and 6 employees were standing there doing nothing when we walked in.

This location usually isn’t this bad. All the lobby tables were dirty…like pop spilled and dryed on the table dirty along with their drink station. The pop machine had some gross looking brown smears on the front of it and all the sides of the entery doors have dirty finger prints all over them. After ordering food I asked if I could have something to wipe off the tables he handed me napkins…I said no it needs to be wet, there is pop goo all over all the tables. So he went to the back and grabbed a spray bottle and some large paper towels and handed them to me. I cleaned all the tables in the lobby and the drink station and the front of the pop machine…would’ve done the doors, but I forgot about them. We ordered 4 biggy bags three bacon burgers and one chicken. We got two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. One of the bacon burgers had two tiny pieces on bacon on them. Our French fries were ice cold mixed with hot ones. I’m very hesitant to come back here again. It’s sad.

This restaurant is so nasty. Gross bathrooms. The food they gave her today should have never been given out. Dried out cold nuggets and fries. Burger were like leather and made incorrect. They employees here need to be better trained and how to service food and when to throw food out. That starts at ownership and management level. I will never be back to this Wendy’s. This place sucks.

Wendy’s is my favorite choice for fast food, but the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger is a bit of a gimmick. Tastes fine, but it is nothing unique.
– Krabby Patty Kollab Burger $6.56: I honestly walked into this experience expecting it to taste like a Big Mac since the sauce has been described as VERY similar to the Big Mac sauce, but it was not. It is probably the textures involved that make the Big Mac what it is and what makes it one of my favorite fast food choices.
The Krabby Patty Kollab Burger on the other hand is basically just their Dave’s Single with this special sauce instead of ketchup and mayo. It might have more onion or that may have just been the person fixing my specific burger.
Don’t get me wrong, I still love going to Wendy’s. They have the best fast food for the price and their history is amazing.
– Service: Ok. It was a bit busier than I think they had staff for when I stopped by.
– Atmosphere: The dining area is a bit smaller, but very new and mostly clean. The whole outfit seemed to be small and narrow overall. But it was up-to-date for sure. There were even regular chairs that make the corner feel like sitting in a living room.
– Conclusion: I hope to stop by again sometime. I would like to try their pretzel bun sometime! Yum!

I went to this Wendy’s the other night (8/2) after work so I could have some dinner. The man who took my order in the drive thru was very rude. He was offended that I would even go there. (It was 30 minutes till close so I get it a little bit) After I placed my order he immediately told me my total, I had more to order my sister wanted something as well. He scoffed like audibly “what can I get for you”. I was missing my nuggets and the fries were so salty I felt like I was eating the ocean! It was awful. The manager was the one to give me my food and he was very sweet.

USED MOBILE ORDER APP FOR THE FIRST TIME. STAFF WAS GENERALLY UNHELPFUL WHEN I TRIED TO PICK UP CARRY OUT ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU. THEY TOLD ME TO COME INSIDE. UPON GOING INSIDE A SAT FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN ASKED FOR AN ETA ON THE CARRYOUT ORDER. 6 EMPLOYEES LOOKED AT ME DUMBFOUNDED. I SAID NO ONE? THEN THE MANAGER SAID THE ORDER WAS STARTED. NO TIME WINDOW. WHAT HAPPENED TO COMMUNICATING IN THE KITCHEN. DO BETTER WENDY’S. Speak to your customers, as if they write your checks, because our business does exactly that.

Please read! Do yourself a favor and do not purchase food from this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with them, missing food, wrong food, and at this final time inedible food. It was 9 o’clock after I got off of work and I ordered through the app. I ordered a baked potato, which they had more than enough time to make fresh. They just didn’t want to. When I got there, they said they were “out of potatoes” so he gave me a plain fry which was significantly less than I prepaid for and I was not offered any form of refund. The fries we did get were so salty that we couldn’t even eat them. I’m not talking I should have ordered light salt. These were so salty that they were just Disgusting. Finally the worst part, my chicken sandwich was soggy and had multiple human hairs in it (I was pulling hair out of my mouth .) Every time I come here, it is a bunch of teenage boys that I don’t believe are very hygienic nor do they even care about their job. The last time my food was wrong, I went in, and the kid was on his phone for several minutes before he even acknowledged me. I called four times and the phone just rang with no answer. I even called customer service and they did nothing but an empty promise of a refund that never showed up. So I paid $28 for two meals and the only things that was edible were the drinks and one of the sandwiches.
