This location is the best! The folks that work here are so nice and patient!! I always forget the names of the coffees, and they’re so patient with me! lol! I love this place! If the power is out or I need a change of scenery, sometimes I pop in and work here for an hour or so. They’re always soooo nice !

Biggby is the best tasting coffee to me of all chain coffee establishments. At this location in particular the staff is always very nice however the 3 people they normally have are incredibly slow. It’s typical to spend 20 minutes or longer for a coffee at this specific biggby. Delicious options and very nice but SLOW every time. My favorite drinks are the butterbear, sweet tooth special, jack o latern latte, and caramel apple cider. The maple waffle breakfast sandwich is the best food item they offer, but it’s limited time availability is unfortunate.

So today I got two drinks, and a sandwich at first everything was great walking in I start to order. I know my drink is a bit complicated but I’ve never had problems till now. I asked for a blue razz fusion mocktail frozen with boba and NO coconut , I got a cream freeze blue razz with coco nut. I proceeded to ask are you sure those are mine they don’t look right. I get a quick “yep” and turn away I’m still polite and say thanks! But my hands are clearly full already. No offer for a drink carrier or nothing and while they are in my arms I’m already spilling them all over me. Trying to get to my car I drop one. I spent almost 30 dollars to be ignored about it all aswell. Didn’t matter if I dropped it or if they were incorrect. I was completely in the wrong I guess but 30 dollars wasted and all I was trying to do was get my boss and I a pick me up and instead I got a stomach ache and a bad experience.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place leaves much to be desired. Every time I I stop into this place, I feel like a ghost. No acknowledgment, no one saying, “I’ll be with you in a moment” etc. The last couple times I was in there, I stood at the counter for 5+ minutes before being helped or acknowledged. It happened a third time the other day and I just left. Not sure what the malfunction is here but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s so disappointing. What usually takes 5 minutes in williamston biggby takes 30 at Fowlerville. Can’t even take wrapper off the cheese. The staff doesn’t even know what’s going on. Incompetent.
