Idk what happened but the new recipe for the boneless wings sucks spicy wings are soggy but yet not enough sauce and the garlic parm boneless wings used to be to die for now it’s just bland and seems like there’s no Parmesan on them at all just oil that slightly tastes like garlic everything else is great but I used to tell people to come to this place for the wings and now they are just mediocre

Happened to be in Emmett, was hungry, came across the Pizza Factory . . . DELICIOUS pizza! Wonderful crust, fresh, the double cheese I ordered really did come with double the delicious cheese. Nice people. I gave the atmosphere a 5 because I like rustic, old-fashioned kind of places, not the super polished glitzy places with lousy pizza. Next time I’m in Emmett, definitely stopping by, again, this time ordering a whole pizza so I have some to take home. Thank you!

Dollar store spagette sauce .desguised as pizza sauce .calzone birnt all through. Dude tolde me at 17 dollars thats what i get . Eorst food ever. Frozen pizza at 4 dollars much better. Only one person in the restaruant to handle everytihng by himself. He did great for having no back up

New owners have started to freshen up the interior, and the lunch buffet today actually had multiple pizzas! Still wish it was more normal flavors, but better than it was! Flavor is better than the Idaho Pizza Co in my opinion.

Pizza Factory has been my favorite since I was a child. We drove from Caldwell to try this one out. The experience was so strange. The two young.men working were awkward and it was hard to communicate. They forgot items on my order. I had to ask for my salad bowl, then cups, and finally when they brought the pizzas, no plates. They were out of multiple veggies so I could not get a combo, not sure how that happens. SUCH A LET DOWN!

This has been a crazy year for my family to say the least. We decided to go out for some pizza on Christmas Eve and found ourself laughing that in all the places to be we found a small sanctuary of relaxation. Although we felt extremely guilty for the 2 men working they were very busy and people were not being the friendliest to them. They still had Christmas spirit and made my Christmas start off very peacefully and we’ll perfect. Thank you so much for being open on Christmas Eve and it will become a family tradition as long as your open. Thank you again for taking care of us.

Emmett Idaho & Pizza didn’t sound right to me but I came and replaced 4 windows for These fine gentlemen and showed me That pizza tastes good no matter where you are as long as whoever made it cared to make it well!
Highly recommend this place if you’re in Emmett or passing through for lunch or dinner! How A pizza should always taste

I want to shout out that Pizza Factory did us right tonight, 9/20/24. We ordered a factory special pizza with extra cheese and extra mushrooms. However, when it arrived, I was sure to check the pizza before the delivery driver left. Although the pizza was beautiful, and looked delicious, it did not have the extra cheese (which we paid extra for). With no hesitation, she went back, and had a new pizza made for us. Fantastic customer service, hands down! I’m not sure how to make a separate post, but this is what I wrote a year ago: We order delivery. The pizza is delicious!! The staff is courteous. It’s a little pricey but worth it! We have not dined in, but have heard great things about the improvements the new owners have made.

I was passing through town and stopped in to have their lunch buffet. The salad was good and fresh and the pizza I had was good. They were not very busy, so the pizza selection for the buffet was not great. But what I did have was very good. The lady who was at the counter was very friendly. I would definitely go here again.

Our order was pretty simple; Medium pepperoni and salami pizza, cheese sticks with marinara and two drinka….$45 later….pizza was incorrect, sticks came out last….about 10 minutes after the pizza. The sausage was nasty and tasted funny. We were the only ones in there….straws were out and we got our own drinks (self service on the drinks, but the whole place looked dirty. Dishes in tables in bussing totes, but just left on the tables. Im hopeful this was just an off day.
