Wie ein Kurzurlaub in Frankreich… …so äussern sich unsere Gäste über unser Restaurant. Seit über 14 Jahren bieten wir die Möglichkeit, einen kulinarischen Kurzurlaub bei uns zu machen. Das beginnt bereits beim Mittagstisch. Täglich werden Gerichte aus aller Herren Länder zu fairen Preisen in unserer Volkswirtschaft angeboten. Abends kann man sich in aussergewöhnlich gemütlicher Atmosphäre für den nächsten Urlaub von unserem kompletten Angebot inspirieren lassen. An manchen Abenden mit Live-Musik.

If you want to eat stylish food and get the best service from employees this is the place to go. Here is the big picture: Imagine you are eating with your girlfriend outside, you want to get wine, maybe spaghetti or meat, this is exactly the place where you can surprise your partner, not only with food, but also with friendly service. We had a great meal here (excellent ‘Grand Pot au feu de la mer Provençal’ with lots of seafood in a subtle broth and spicy/pungent ‘Linguine Sorrento’ followed by the perfect counter note, a deeply flavored black currant sorbet).
We ate late, around 9pm, and there weren’t many people. Even so, service was a bit slow, with one waitress covering two floors. The space is charming and inviting, and we’d gladly go back!

We were there yesterday on a live event. They have prepared a „special” menu for the evening, very poor when it is about drinks and they have charged 6,9€ for 0,75l bottle of water in a hot day!! They have refused to serve tap water!! The tables and chairs were literally covered with dirt. in the middle of the event they have run out of beer (for which you have to wait min 30min). In my opinion they just wanted to make quick money by serving weak beer, no proper drinks and all done by very unprofessional waitress and barmans…very disappointing. The Wright Thing band was as usually good, but the whole experience was unfortunately destroyed by poor restaurant..

Update 01.07.2024 they have called me now from the restaurant. Complaining how could I give such bad review. They told me to not come to their restaurant anymore. That just give you the picture how professional their are. Einfach lächerlich!

After a full day of creative work at the neighboring Apphaus we enjoyed our team dinner at Restaurant Tati. In the summer it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoor patio with excellent French food and wine. The patio has a great ambiance for groups or just a dinner for two. My favorite is the Entrecote with Butter and several of my colleagues loved the Pot au Feu. Did I mention the French wine?!

Never been to its upstairs but downstairs is cool with lots of posters. Not much space and can sometimes feel too cramped but overall it is good. They offer high quality wine and nice flammkuchen. Would recommend prebooking, even on working days it can get quite popular.

The lunch menu has 2-3 options that change every day. Dinner is à la carte with a few seasonal options. The food is usually good, but I’ve had a few things that were a bit bland. During lunch you need to pick up your order and then clean your table, for dinner there is service though.
