This Pizza Hut is always busy, but there’s a guy here who works so hard to get my order right every single time. I finally asked his name today — Luke! He’s truly amazing, works incredibly hard, and stays so kind even when the lobby is packed.
Presley was also working hard today, too.
I used to come to this location and it was honestly a bit of a hot mess, so it’s really nice to see Luke turning things around. And the pizza looked beautiful! Service was PHENOMENAL, even with a crowd on the Tuesday special.

This Pizza Hut location off of Albany here in Beech Grove by the Family Dollar is under new management that actually cares… Your food will taste good as well as the store is more concerned with Customer Service because of the past… Give them another chance and come check them out right now they still have the two dollar Tuesday pizzas.

Lol! You can’t order anything for delivery unless it’s $18. That new Yorker deal, plus extra sides, $12.50. Delivery fee, $5.99. Tax, $1+. The total equals out to about $20. But they still won’t deliver. Not to mention the tip for delivery that isn’t included. Why would you purposely turn away business? I guess I’ll just have Walmart deliver for free.

I’ve always had pretty good experiences picking up for carry-out at this location. A few times had to wait a bit but haven’t had an issue with the pizza and there are some decent deals through the app. Had a pretty good one today (photo).

I did not receive the breadsticks I ordered. The last two times I’ve ordered from here, I haven’t recieved my full order. The guys working were even joking about forgetting things on purpose.
The food we did get was good, just make sure to check your order. I also saw a Doordash guy leave without his full order, so pick up yourself because odds are you won’t get everything you paid for with delivery… or in my case, pickup either.

Food took an hour longer than what the website said, and when we took it home we found a fingernail clipping baked into it. They refunded the order and kept the tip. For your health and safety, stay away.

AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS!!! I found 3 used drug syringes on my way walking in last night through their parking lot because they allow drug addicts to lay on their sidewalk ALL DAY, EVERY DAY ,nodding out and bumming. They sit so close to the front so they can ask customers for money for cigs and booze and scream cuss words on their phones for hours. Their alley is literally FULL of trash EVERY DAY!!! The manager needs to do a better job. Absolutely disgusting and I will never order here again. I refuse to spend my money with a company who won’t even take care of the dangerous conditions their customers are forced to endure

Absolutely horrible. Order from anywhere else from here. Both of my pizzas came undercooked and not even cut. The only good thing was the polite delivery driver. I will never order here again.
