This was my second visit, and it was just as good as the first one.
The sushi buffet offers great value for the price. The fish was fresh, especially the nigiri and sashimi.
Pricing is very reasonable: $25.99 for weekday lunch, and $35.99 for dinner and weekends (sashimi included at dinner). Food came out quickly, and service was efficient.
Overall, a solid all-you-can-eat sushi spot. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I honestly wasn’t expecting AYCE sushi to be this good—but Sake AYCE Sushi completely overdelivered. The quality and freshness of the fish were impressive. Service was top-notch; the servers worked seamlessly as a team and were always helping one another, which really stood out.
The hot food came out hot and fast, which is a huge plus. I’ve never seen AYCE offer add-ons like amaebi and uni, and both were excellent quality—not the cheap stuff. Yes, it’s a little extra, but absolutely worth it for true sushi-grade amaebi and uni on the side.
I only wish they offered raw oysters. Other than that, this is an incredible value for AYCE sushi. I also love that they have a Yelp waitlist option—super convenient. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Don’t get the udon. I don’t usually care for fried rice but I’d say it was perfect, lots of wok hay. Someone got lazy with one of my nigiri cuts. You can see I’m photo. Had stringy sinyu in, had to spit it into my napkin. Get the yellow tail kana. Wish I could cook fish like this. Daughter’s favorite was the soft shell crab. Over food was good value but not great. Bought the uni extra. Was good experience but good was a tad slow. Otherwise didn’t have any major complaints. If you don’t feel like paying for high end then this is not bad.

I’m happy to find out we have one more excellent AYCE sushi restaurant open in the Sacramento area. Sake Sushi opened a couple of months ago. This is my first time here. The food and service are both five stars. The dining room is not very big, but it is comfortable. I really enjoyed a good and satisfying meal here. I’m sure I will keep coming back.

Went by myself in late afternoon/early evening and was immediately seated at a table that could fit 4 people. Had it been busier, I would have felt bad, because they didn’t really have any small tables. Having said that, I definitely ate enough for the table. Service was great with quick plate clearing and surprising attentiveness. Food quality was excellent. They had lots of options and there was no limit on Sashimi or other high value foods like I have seen in other places. I only wish I lived in the area so I could visit more often. I was only in town for a seminar but if I’m in the area again, this place will definitely be on my list to eat at again!

SPEECHLESS! Is literally all I can say about this place. Became my favorite top 3 DEFINITELY My hubby and I were really craving sushi and noticed this new place. We love trying new food so it was a perfect spot. grateful we did. It is an all you can eat with the most beautiful menu. Especially how fresh everything came back as I included the menu in my photos, it was so good I forgot to take pics of my food! Haha but please do not sleep on this place! GO it’s nice and fresh inside, dark atmosphere and the service…wow 10 ⭐️! Never had to ask for anything because someone was ALWAYS there to take your requests/fill drinks. Overall I am beyond impressed. Great 1st experience ! Uploaded the receipt… all that food for $56 and for 2 people… yup

We enjoyed our visit to Sake Sushi, they have a large selection of items for the all you can eat menu. Everything was quite tasty, I especially liked the Dancing Tuna and the spicy garlic edamame. The service was fast and polite. Make sure to check them out!

We went during the soft opening and had a few rolls. They were beautiful and fresh and so flavorful! I wish I could eat the all-you-can-eat. It’s a good deal and the food is really great quality. Definitely will go back. I’m grateful to have some excellent sushi close by. A little sushi oasis here in Rancho Cordova ❤️
