This was probably the worst “fast food” breakfast ever! Had a bacon egg & cheese croissant and hash browns. Husband had sausage, egg and cheese English muffin with hash browns. Everything was terrible. Hash browns were the worst. Will never go back to Dunkin for breakfast again.

Update: came back the next day for my refund. Manager apologized and was sincere about making it right. She even sent me home with a box of donuts to make. Would have given it 5 stars, but this didn’t start out correctly.

EPIC FAIL Dunkin! I pre-ordered 3 boxes of hot chocolate and 1 box of coffee three hours prior, When I showed up, the crew did not even know about my order. The order never got passed from the previous shift to the night crew. They only had 2 people working that evening so between sorting out my order, they were still busy taking care of drive-thru orders. One of them eventually offered to fulfill the order. After 50 minutes, I ended up with only 1 box of coffee and 1 box of hot chocolate because “the hot chocolate machine broke.” And I have to come back the next day to get a refund for 2 boxes of hot chocolate because the store manager was not there. Wasted a lot of time today and will have to set time aside to go back there tomorrow to get my money back. 1 Star.

This shop is always clean and servers are great. The ice cream is semi soft. They never have both freezer working so limited flavors. Coffee is great, doughnuts are good for dunkin. doughnuts from all dunkin’s are heavy. JMO

We were traveling and we decided to stop in so I could grab some breakfast through the drive-thru. I ordered a large Mixed Berry Daydream Refresher with extra cold Foam, Roasted Chicken Pepper Wrap and some hasbrowns. The short Asian girl that handed us our food as we were waiting on our drink, I take a bite of the hashbrown and it was completely frozen. So she gives an attitude but takes it back. We wait like 5 mins and she gave me some new ones With a horrible attitude. We start driving and I looked and realized They were completely BURNT, the wrap was completely frozen cold half way down and the drink wasnt even made right. I’m so pissed because the Service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS and when I spend money, I want my food to be hot, not frozen cold.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Didn’t get my order right, didn’t offer me a receipt, burnt our sandwiches. Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who took my order incorrectly acted like I did HER a disservice. Just do your job right and repeat the order back to the customer and you won’t have these issues.

Ordered two boxes of Joe an hour ahead of time and arrive to pick it up. 8 people working and three people in the lobby and two cars in drive thru. The workers up front have complete attitudes (one wearing a blue shirt I assume manager) because I ordered boxes of coffee. Ignore people standing at the register and lack customer service. Unbelievable that people are like this now and mad they have to do their job to earn their paycheck. If in Easton, go to the Dunkin on the bypass

It’s Dunkin.. not impossible to screw up, but it is possible. That said, my coffee and sandwich were perfect and the store/staff today (7/30 @ 1000ish) was better and cleaner than usual. Maybe the place is on the upswing

I would like to say this was a positive experience however I’d like to be optimistic about the entire thing, I waited in line and my donuts were put at the waiting counter without me knowing, I had to wait for my lemonade for a few minutes and had to ask a worker to make it for me, I was not in a rush however I could not notice the lemonade was in a random pitcher inside a fridge, that was not the main issue, the main issue is this is one of the worst lemonades I’ve ever had and it tastes like pure chemicals, I most likely will not be getting any lemonade from any Dunkin ever again.

The woman at the drive through was kind and helpful. Which just makes it tragic, the incompetence she has to deal with from the rest of the kitchen. Behold, light ice.

Easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been too. The male workers in the morning have NO customer service skills at all.

Update: tried this location again aroun noon on 8-10-2025. This remains one of the worst run Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to on the East Coast. In addition to many drinks, donuts, bacon, etc, I ordered an apple juice for my 2 year old. When they handed me a bottle of apple juice, I asked if I could have a cup with a lid/straw. The young lady at the counter handed me a small coffee cup at first, and then realized she had a made a mistake, saying “oh, you want a cup with a straw for a kid.” She was great, however, the manager behind her balked at that, saying “if he wants a cup tell him it will be 32 cents.” The money is whatever, but her tone was so brash and not customer-service oriented. They then proceeded to charge me the 32 cents and hand me the empty cup, for the bottle beverage we had purchased; mind you this was after we had already paid over $20 for the rest of the order, so they literally rang me up a 2nd time for 32 cents. We will not return to this location.
