We have been there at the beginning of August 2025 on a nice evening. We had to wait a bit because alot of people were waiting to get seated, or to pick up ordered food.
Finally we made it and we were able to enjoy a nice sportsbar, a good beer, tasty food and some football on TV.

It is definitely a busy place so if u plan for a quiet place, go somewhere else. Don’t go by the prices on their menu on FB, those are appx $1-$2 lower than what we were charged. The pretzel sticks and cheese are good but you get 3 for $10.99 which seems high. I had the turkey Ruben and hubby had the Bigfoot chicken sandwich with tots. Both Excellent. Staff is very friendly and hardworking.

Excellent service and great food! Select choice of Michigan Brews on draft! Warm and friendly food, service and atmosphere! I really enjoyed the pool table, there’s only one table, but it’s only 75¢ per game in 2025! Choice scene for easy bar entertainment, food and drink. A great place to go out to eat and grab a couple drinks after a raft, kayak or canoe ride down the Au Sable river. Thank you Hilltop! Hope to see you again!

The food was so good that we went two nights in a row. We always order the fried pickles with chipotle sauce. Can you order is the steakhouse burger, five stars, but we ordered the barbecue burger, also five stars. Tony’s Burger was another five stars. However, the fish and chips were probably three out of five. I would go with the burgers! We went to try the southern fried chicken sandwich next time. The french fries, onion rings, tater tots are very good as well…our server each night was good

Located a ways off the shoreline, but worth the drive. Typical bar atmosphere with great food. Busy lunch crowd during a weekday. But prompt and friendly service. Food was served quickly and was great. Very reasonable prices.

Was here last year for taco Tuesday with good friends. Just happened to be back this year and brought some other friends. We all enjoyed the great Margaritas tacos,appetizers and fish and chips.

My son and I went on a road trip to Oscoda last Sunday. We stopped here for lunch. Our lunch came out quickly and it was delicious. Service was excellent. Will be back
