Love the new item. Bean and cheese mini quesadilla! They are now my favorite.
I honestly love everything about this place. Good salsa, good food, clean environment, open late.. But my favorite thing about this place is the service. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. When I tell you they have the best service, I mean it. Every single employee that I have interacted with has been so friendly, warm, inviting, helpful, professional, patient. Even when they are super busy, they still take your order and deliver your food with a smile! Lately I have been skipping the drive thru and coming in just to enjoy the energy of this space and the nice people who work here! Your business is doing it right.
P.s. I already are one of my mini quesadillas before I took the photo because I couldn’t wait.

I just had to shout out the sweetest young man that is the owners son. I came in to get my tacos and he immediately could tell I was sad. He gave me hugs and comforting words.
He is very impressive for his age and such a loving boy. I am so grateful to him and his kindness. He went out of his way to help a customer in every way he could and is an amazing young man. I wanted his parents to know that and that you did such a good job raising him. The world needs more hearts like his. Thank you <3

I ordered the tamale combo plate. It came out with out any sauce, so I went and asked for some. The girl said “Well, you got the tamales” I said, “yes, and can I please have the sauce”. She gave me a little cup of enchilada sauce. Then about 5 minutes into eating our food she came out and started vacuuming the table right behind us. We thought it was pretty rude. Oh… And… The food does not come out on nice plates like it shows in the pictures. It came out in little sectioned plastic plates like you would give a child.

I went to alibertos and asked if they could substitute the meat of my quesabirrias for cabeza meat and they did! I tried it and it was amazing! I recommend getting one if you stop by the alibertos in Taylor AZ

Ordered 4 country burritos with sour cream. We were starving, so we are them…but those were gross.
The potatoes were raw and crunchy… The sour cream we paid extra for was almost non-existent, and the burritos were so loosely wrapped we had to use forks. For $30!! I’d really prefer cooked potatoes.
I’m a regular customer, and usually very happy, but this was bad enough I felt the need to speak up.

Moved up here on the mountain and was real skeptical of another “Bertos” restaurant…. Glad I gave it a shot… Omar does a great job running this place!! Employees always in a good mood… Fair price for the amount of food you get… My favorite dishes here are the carne asada fries and the California burrito…. Definitely worth the stop!!!

The food is absolutely fantastic. There’s a salsa bar with mild to HOT choices. Chips are complimentary with meal. The dining room is clean and beautifully decorated. Every employee was cordial. Plenty of parking. 10/10

Very dissatisfied. The chicken had been burnt on one side when they cooked it and served it in my chimichanga anyway. Very bland also.
