I enjoy visiting this location more than the one on idaho street. Friendly service, was greeted upon entering, per usual ! My only complaint is that i was given unseasoned cinnamon twists. there were only 3 other people in the building who were ordering and drive thru looked empty. I know cinnamon twists are apart of food prep and aren’t made on the spot, and they’re on a tray at the end of the line; but i -as an ex fast food worker- would’ve expect an employee to have noticed they were defected and given the customers a proper product. Overall a 4.5, the only other thing keeping it from a 5 is the lobby itself had sauce/old product of some sort on the walls in the dining area.

Went through the drive thru and got someone else’s order had to go in and get the correct order, then got down the road and take a drink of my drink and the whole side of the cup was broken, my boyfriend got a quesadilla and they forgot the main sauce that comes with it and looks like they didn’t even try to cut it!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and even had problems coming there last time. Will not be going to this one EVER again. I’ve worked in food service for 3 years and never once have I done this to someone. I even called and talked to a manager and he was very rude and not helpful about the situation!

Usually there’s a risk of taco bells making you run for the toilets in an Olympic sprint you had no time to train for. But this taco bell has never caused such an issue. I would feel comfortable eating here before a long drive.

Food was as expected, but service was awful. Ordered 3 boxes and 3 drinks, no drink tray, no lid on frozen drinks, no bag to carry order. There was someone in the back cursing loud enough for the whole dining room to hear. No customer service whatsoever, didn’t talk to us say thank you or any kind of interaction after slapping our order onto the counter. Being kind and courteous costs nothing and makes any customer experience better. Been working in customer service of all kinds for 10+ yrs. and I have never been treated or treated others this way.

Went through the drive thru…and it was not a human taking your order its an AI.
You can’t correct your order…horrible experience food was horrible.
My husband ordered the combo box $12 custom your order he ordered crunch wrap $6.99 it was not crunchy 1 stk burrito $5.99, seasoned fries $2.99, charged pico de gallo $.75…so he did he ordered what he wanted to custom his box.. that did not total $12. .. I ordered the chicken cantina combo. $10.89.
My order came with chips & cheese very salty, 2 cantina chicken tacos it was horrible looks like it was sitting too long taco shell was soft and soaked with chicken oil dripping .
We usually don’t complaint we figure we give Taco Bell a try again its been awhile.
Bad experience and instead of trying to ask what a $12 dollar content showing what’s is in a box…especially when it shows custom you own box.
And talking to a robot AI your not able to ask question or change order it automatically total.
We were surprised what the total came down to instead it should have been $22.89.
No more Taco Bell for us….Sorry you lost a customer.

When I used the drive-thru earlier tonight and got part of my family’s order wrong at the speaker (ME! I messed up, not the staff, just to be clear), Zoe was so kind and helpful when I asked to correct it at the window. Sometimes nice people are overlooked because someone else is rude, but the good ones deserve recognition

One of the workers yelled at me and told me she was going to refuse service to me because i was with a family member with special needs who cannot control the sounds he makes. I feel very discriminated and think you should be ashamed of yourself.

I have a hard time believing how completely horrible the service is at this location. Another woman and I waited for over 20 minutes for our orders because the staff only seemed to care about the drive through. They got BOTH of our orders wrong and then proceeded to demand the receipt and argue with us about it! I was shocked and confused how so many inept and rude people can end up working at the same place, turning it into complete crap. Go to the Taco Bell on Idaho street, the staff is so sweet and friendly and they’ve never got my order wrong a single time. I really hope they decide to clean house at this location because the service is seriously the most awful I’ve ever experienced.

I was given a Mexican pizza with steak on it. I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza. The manager currently on duty showed me a receipt that showed steak had been added. I did not add steak. The manager was argumentative. I told her to make a new one. She then made a new one. And then threw it at me. I found this manager to be highly unprofessional. This is the last time I will stop by this establishment.

They staff here was very friendly and even offered a pup cup to our dog. He loved it. The girls couldn’t believe how friendly our service dog is. The food was excellent thatnight. Soft shell tacos had more meat , cheese and lettuce than normal
