When the owners of Six Hand Bakery retired, I decided to take the plunge and buy the place. We are now known as Four and Twenty Bakery, and offer all sorts of baked goodies. Come on down to get cookies, breads, pies, muffins and all sorts of other sweets, treats, and eats. Everything is made in shop from scratch.

Such a gem! They have savory and sweet goodies, all fresh and divine. I had the spinach ricotta pastry which was buttery, flaky and still worm. The owners are a delight to chat with and there is some parking available nearby. Recommend!!!

This is a small, locally owned bakery. The folks are great! The baked goods and foods are suburb! I carry their quiche with me to Pittsburgh because my sister LOVES them. Their croissants are great, so are their pretzels! I haven’t tried a thing I don’t like yet. My 14 year old dog hasn’t like ONE treat in his life. He LOVES their peanut butter soggy treats!

You know it’s going to be good when it smells like heaven as soon as you walk through the door! We could’ve ordered one of everything with no regrets, but settled for the cheese danish, blueberry muffin, sticky bun, and pretzels. Everything was absolutely divine, buttery, flaky, and still warm from the oven. The staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly. What an absolutely delightful find!

The owners are a kind and polite. The food tastes heavenly. I would recommend any of the croissants. I’ve had the regular croissant, the spinach croissant, and the marmalade croissant. The sourdough is the best I’ve ever had. It reminds me of home in the best way possible.

Stumbled upon this business by accident when I was in town for work and searched for bakeries. They are beyond amazing!! Kind, efficient, and obviously proud and passionate about what they do. The smell is amazing, the taste is incredible, and the prices are great. I feel bad because they need to be on the main street so everyone knows that they are there. This small bakery is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch or a sweet treat. It has a true hometown aura. The service is great and the prices are more than fair. There’s no place to eat inside but you can take your goodies for a block-and-a-half walk over to the IRMC block where you’ll find several picnic tables. It’s a relaxing experience on a nice day!
