Went to get the Veterans Day breakfast combo that was supposed to be offered today. However, I was meet with disappointment as I sat in line to order only to be ignored for 25 minutes just to be told that they are no longer serving breakfast and it was now lunch, the time was 10:57 not 11:00. They only chose to help me once it was convenient for them to say breakfast was no longer being served. To top it all off the floors were wet with no wet floor sign which caused my wife who was with me and also a veteran to almost slip and fall.

I’d give more stars but I didn’t get to experience anything but the bad service.
I was at the counter waiting. People looked my direction, but not one person actually acknowledged my existence or have me any indication that I would be helped. I waited a couple minutes and finally just turned to leave. As I was walking out, and a lady I assume is the manager had finally walked up to the register and had her mouth open like she was surprised I just walked out.
I had no problem with waiting, I didn’t like the lack of customer service.

I would give negative stars if I could!!! The service was fast… Too fast..(I was the only person in the restaurant during lunchtime which should be a red flag) they got my order completely wrong, I asked for no lettuce, no tomato and onion on the triple burger, also I asked for lite mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich and they still murdered it with mayonnaise. Also my spicy nuggets were ridiculously cold. Thought I’d give this Wendy’s a second chance after awhile but I was right the first time…. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! THE EMPLOYEES AND FOOD ARE GARBAGE!!!

Man, I’ve never been served cold food from a Wendy’s before and I’m very disappointed. I ordered the loaded nacho burger combo and the burger was cold. It was like I was eating leftovers. The cheese was taken straight out of the fridge and onto the cold beef patties. No heat was applied to any of the burger.
The fries weren’t great but not terrible. Not much to say other than I’m glad they were warm.
The chocolate frosty was like if LeCroix made a frosty. Or if like you drank all the syrup from a slurpee and you had very lightly flavored ice. That’s basically what the frosty was like, it was insane.
I will say the service was fast. But I’d rather it be slower if that’s the food they’re giving out with such speed.

Harlan and his crew were amazing. He was friendly and funny. The food was as ordered, hot and tasty. We ended up having car trouble and he was eager to help. Talk about above and beyond! He is definitely an asset to your company. A big mahalo to Harlan and the crew tonight.

I have had a previous bad experience at this location, but I figured I would give them a second chance, shame on me. I have been craving some Wendy’s breakfast potatoes wedges, so I stopped in, these were the worst potatoes wedges I have ever had. The coffee and sandwiches were disgusting. The good news is that I will probably never crave these again and I will live a healthier life, thank you bad Wendys. Customer service wasn’t the best but not terrible, they did rush us as the only customers in the store so that was odd. Mostly just writing this as a reminder to myself to never come to this location again.
