We were hungry for lunch and needed to get off the highway for a break. Saw the massive Buckees but decided to head into town and support a local business. This spot popped up and had to try it.
The ladies inside were hilarious and very helpful. The food was delicious. We will definitely mark this on the map for next time we get to pass thru that area.

We were looking for a hole-in-the-wall local place to eat and this place delivered. Decent burgers, great fries, great onion rings, good shakes, and some of the best mozzarella sticks we’ve had anywhere. It’s a quiet place with good prices too. We were able to park a crew cab long bed truck with a 24ft trailer in the street side parking with no issues.

This is such a great example of delicious American food. Burgers, fried, and shakes, but done well! They also offer mini hamburgers, which I love because I hate large portion sizes that are too expensive. The burger patty was square like White Castle, but so much better tasting and quality! The tomato was also the best, fully red, real tomato; I did come in the summer so take that into account. The fries were homemade and delicious.

This place is the bomb dot com! Local burger and shakes place that really does an amazing job! The food is top notch. And the shakes are good too! I definitely recommend. I found this place randomly coming back from Mammoth Cave! Definitely a place I would go again!

First time visiting and we were impressed! The burger was flavorful with fresh toppings. The fresh, hand-made curly fries were crispy. The milkshake was well mixed, though a bit runny for my taste. Plenty of outdoor seating with a few tables inside if it’s hot out. Plenty of options on the menu to choose from. Overall, a great spot!

We stopped in for a hole-in-the-wall burger and got everything we could ask for. Even amazing customer service with a smile. I think they might possibly make one of the better PB Milkshakes I’ve had in years. Kudos to you guys. Next time we visit the area, we will be back!

Fast, friendly, and fresh! We we lured in by the amazing smell and the food did not disappoint. The classic taste of the deluxe cheese burger tops most fast food joints, prices were better too. Hand made patties made the difference. Get the chocolate milkshake for a sweet treat.

4 stars simply because they don’t have a public bathroom or place to wash your hands. 5 stars for food. 6 stars for the folks who serve you.
Bacon lettuce tomato cheese burger! Not a big burger but very tasty. We did tutor tots instead of fries.
Perfect beef hot dog with ketchup mustard and relish.
Sweet iced tea. Of course.
Soft drinks with refills. Definitely.
Ice cream! I scream. Delicious.
This is a tiny place. Two cafe tables inside and a few scattered put door tables and a picnic bench…all clean.
Very nice folks running this place. Buccee’s opens up the road later this June. Sure, they’ll have some good BBQ and a thousand people. They won’t have the small town hamburger joint vibe and the locals smiling and happy to serve you.
3 of us had a ton of food and dessert for just over $40.
They have a military discount.
We will be back.

This is my kind of place! ❤️ My third time here and it has been the same great place each time. Introduced my daughter today, as there is now a Buc’cees a mile down the road. ️
You can see what we ordered. They cooked it just for us…always just what I want. The milkshakes are . Is it fine dining? Nope. Is it dining fine? Yep. One of my favorite places to stop in the state.
You can order, and eat, inside or out.
I can only assume with Buc’cees here now that they will be more busy. They handled the crowd like champs today, though. Heads up, there is no public restroom.
Please give ’em a try and tip ’em big. #foodie

Fantastic little place with super nice ladies.
Ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger and the gal advised we keep it to a double, because their patties where big and the buns might not handle 3 patties.
She was right.
Very good tender but not greasy burger.
Curly fries appeared to be fresh cut. Very good and not oily.
Real butterscotch milk shake.
Very good choice for dining.
Small intimate dining for 2 inside. A couple of picnic tables outside.
Highly recommend
