I rarely write reviews for restaurant but this place has amazing food! The best Peruvian style fried rice I’ve ever had, known as CHAUFA!
Coming from a mixed Latino out of California with plenty of experience with Peruvian food.
I ordered the mixed chaufa plate with a quarter rotisserie chicken. Again, amazingly juicy chicken with great flavor down to the bone. You better ask for extra green and orange sauce cause you’ll run out quick, put it on everything!
I also had a tres leches cake that took me back to being a kid again. Highly recommend Villa Inca Peru!

This is my first time here and I believe I’ll be back. Staff is super friendly. They offer authentic Peruvian food in a very casual setting. It appears to be situated in an auto repair garage. I ordered the ceviche and roast chicken as these are my go to favorites at any Peruvian restaurant. I’m so excited to have Villa Inca close to New Bern. The food is super tasty and fresh. The only thing missing is an ice cold cerveza.

What a WONDERFUL Surprise! This is such a FANTASTIC addition to the area. Customer service is exceptional. We tried several things, everything got eaten.
I judged their Roasted Chicken, thinking it was over cooked a bit. I was SO WRONG, the Roasted Chicken was so juicy & tender. The Pesto Pasta so yummy, the Steak was well seasoned. Though my favorite part of the Steak dinner was the boiled potatoes & the yellow sauce. The potatoes were boiled to perfection & adding the sauce reminded me of a deconstructed potato salad YUM!
Now my WOW dish was the Fried Chicken, Fried Rice & Plantains (Best I’ve ever had).
The chicken was juicy, seasoned so nicely & the skin crispy & flavorful. The fried rice had that wonderful Wok Fire flavor, slightly Smokey & such tender chicken. The Green sauce is unbelievable, it was creamy, herb forward & just made everything better. I mixed the mild with some of the hot for the perfect combination.
I hope they will add a Fried Chicken Breast to the menu, especially a sandwich. 🙂

Best food truck ever . I knew the food was going to be good when I smelled the seasoning and aura through the take out container bag! Food is delicious as hell, couldn’t stop eating . Their rice is SMACK. I’m going. To try their stir fried noodles next !! Homemade hot sauce taste exactly like home!! Because I make my own. Spicy but flavorful !! Not just straight spice , I loved it . I spent $39 on three different meals , and I would’ve spent more !! Their mom or someone taking the order was real sweet! Essentially it’s Linguine tossed in a Peruvian Pesto sauce served with a pan fried steak and potatoes covered in a rich, creamy, and mildly spicy Peruvian cheese sauce. Everything was tased great and authentic!

We were on our way to Beaufort when he happened to drive by Villa Inca. We decided to go there on our way back as we love Peruvian food and don’t have any options in Greenville. The food was amazing. I got the mixed chaufa and it ranks amongst the best chaufa I’ve ever had. The Leche de tigre ceviche was perfect. My girlfriend and her daughter are Peruvian and they each thought it was amazing as well. We definitely plan to go back.

Found these weird fibrous or plastic strands in my food. Not sure if it’s seasoning repeated but it definitely does not look like it. Possibly cross contamination of some sort. I took it out of the melted styrofoam plate and placed it in a regular container. The food literally melted the styrofoam plate and I noticed it after transferring the food that we had picked up from you guys. It definitely was not from a different a different restaurant.
