Cool idea and a perfect spot when looking for a lighter lunch option. There’s soup and salad and the place is pretty clean. A little bit of a challenge to access, parking is a little limited, and there aren’t many tables so get cozy off you need to. We’ll hit it up again as our experience was very good. Check it out.

Very open atmosphere where you go get what you want and go. Or, dine in if you and family want to. Selection was much. I thought i wasn’t gonna be able to put the lid on my bowl which are different from the all paper bowls they had last time I was there. I’ll be back! Very friendly and accommodating.

This place is hands down my favorite go-to spot for a fresh, healthy meal. The ingredients are always top quality — you can literally taste how fresh the veggies are. I love the fact that you can customize your own salad exactly how you like it, from the greens to the toppings and dressings. They have a great variety of proteins and add-ins so it never gets boring, and everything is super clean and well-organized.
My only complaint (and the reason I keep checking back!) is that I really wish they would bring back the taco soup. It was the perfect warm, flavorful option for colder days or when you just wanted something comforting but still healthy. I don’t know why they took it off the menu, but it deserves a comeback!

The place was clean and employees very helpful and polite. There were a variety of ingredients to make a salad and/or rice bowl, also variety of soups. The salad bar and everything was fresh and soup bar was clean.

So glad we have this place in Alexandria now! Salad is always fresh. So many good things to throw in there! Have not walked out with a salad under $15 yet – just keep piling on the goodness. Good central location, friendly service, clean, great option for healthy dining.
