Haven’t been here in a while but it seems things have drastically changed! Portion sizes were skimpy and one of the meals had considerably less meat than the other meal. Sides were quite bland and in small portion cups. Apparently they don’t do rolls anymore and give you toast, which was ok but not a roll. Very disappointing. We will not be considering dickey’s in the future for takeout bbq options.

This is one of my favorite location. They catered our Christmas party last year and did amazing.
Once again tried to eat at the Garden City and they didn’t have the ribs. How do you not have Ribs? So headed for Meridian to get Ribs there.

My two meat plate. Why is my chicken chopped to all hell? Where’s the roll? This isn’t a one time thing, this has been consistent as of late, which is sad because I love stopping here. Not to mention this location, I always struggle to get someone to take my order because they are either on their phone or listening to music.

Sub par b.b.q at best. It’s not awful by any means, but it definitely is not great. The service is also not very good. Best thing I had was the jalapeno sausage, it was pretty good.

Too much smoke flavor for us in the meat. The receipt is a joke. It does NOT reflect what we ordered at all! The person taking the order didn’t understand what a SIDE SALAD was so instead we got salads full of chicken and I don’t know what the other meat was. They were listed as Caesar Salads but it wasn’t what it was. The kids menu was missing the chips and the drink! The person who was chopping the meat and stuff was a bit on the unhappy side. There was sandwich wrapper mixed in with the meat on on one sandwich, if there was 2 different meats you couldn’t tell it all looked the same. None the less it was an okay meal not enough for us to eat there again.

Tried to charge us 20.00 more than the menu price for the XL. Charged us 8.25 for the kids meal (menu says 6.99) and found a 3inch squarish piece and two smaller pieces of saran wrap in our meat. When we showed them they said “oh” worst Dickeys EVER.

I recently had a poor experience with Dickey’s BBQ. Unfortunately, they forgot over half of my catering order, including all of the sides, a bunch of meat, and all of the sauces. When I tried to call to resolve the issue, nobody ever answered. I even had to drive down to the location, where they told me their phones don’t work. When I called from within the store, the phone rang but no employees answered it. Overall, it was a super disappointing experience and I will never order from here again.

Food hasn’t been bad, not great but not bad. Until my doordash ordered arrived today and there was plastic wrap in my food. Pretty grossed out now.

We did a catered dinner pickup. Richard L. was incredibly helpful with selecting and placing the order. When we came back a week later, RIchard not only recognized me but had everything all ready to go. A true professional with excellent customer service.
The meal was perfect. Our guests loved it. We will return!
