This place might be the best restaurant I have ever been to- period. My wife and I took a chance on trying this place this last week over another popular area Tex Mex restaurant in the area and we are forever grateful that we did. This place went above and beyond to make us feel at home while dining.
We enjoyed the fajitas, quesadillas, queso and homemade flour tortillas so much we decided to ask if the restaurant does catering (for an upcoming birthday party we were hosting) and ordered on the spot. Today- I showed up and everything was ready exactly when I had scheduled my pick up and everything was hot, fresh, and just as well prepared as the dinner we came in for earlier in the week.
There was even a small mistake where our queso was left at the restaurant and one of the gentlemen got in his car, followed me as I was on my way home laying on his horn until he got my attention to let me know that we had forgotten our queso. I grew up in a small town in Nebraska and never in my life had I had someone do something like this to ensure we had gotten everything we had ordered.
Overall- I cannot be more thankful to have tried this place. If you are in the area- you should too. This place in just a short time had managed to make my wife and I feel like family so much so that I don’t ever see us going out for Tex Mex anytime soon at any other restaurant than Brisa’s ❤️

Hidden gem! We tried this place for the first time and we really like it! The server was really nice and I loved the intimate atmosphere. We ordered dessert and we were not disappointed.

Not sure why this place always seems empty, cause the food is yummy! So far I’ve had the barbacoa and potatoe and egg tacos, were so good. Menudo is on point! Cheese enchiladas were satisfying. Found a new go to!

Reasonably good, very moderately priced, throw down TexMex. The Chicken Flautas were fairly good, but the beans and rice weren’t particularly inspiring. I do hear that the breakfast here is excellent.
In the “you get what you pay for” category – recommended.
Server was very quick and friendly!

When you walk in place smells like mothballs.. seating was a bit confusing. Order was placed quickly, food was good. Told waitress no onions still onions were added. Overall food was delicious, service was good. Passing though , will try again next year. Sign is not very visible, google maps helped

While traveling through Texas, I saw this small, unassuming Tex-Mex restaurant and thought I’d give it a shot. I’m glad I did. The food, service, price, and overall experience was great

Brisa’s is not the polished eating spot you have in mind, but it’s a place with decent food. I went in with an open mind because I read some of the negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I liked it. Nothing spectacular and unique about the place but at the same time nothing bad about it.
Pros:
1. Quaint little place that gives you a hole-in-the-wall yet comfortable feeling.
2. Food is alright. I got Barbacoa tacos and I liked it.
3. Affordable price and good quantity.
Cons:
1. Easy to miss if you’re driving down Hwy 6.
2. Limited parking in the front and I did not check if they have parking in the back.
