‼️ The worst service and the security guard who was working on Saturday, August 23, 2025. He had black hair and was short in height. He was drunk on the job and could barely stand on his feet. He never warned me that I wouldn’t be able to get back inside, and he pushed me and insulted me when I tried to collect my personal belongings that I had left inside the bar. In this bar, security guards are allowed to push women and be rude to them. My question to the management: is this really your business model — not informing people at the entrance that they won’t be allowed back in if they step outside, so that customers leave their belongings inside and the establishment refuses to return them? ⁉️ For such treatment of guests by the security staff, and for allowing them to raise their hands against patrons who only wanted to collect their belongings and leave this place for good, the police should have been called yesterday already.

❌❌❌❌No one in this establishment warned us that on Saturdays, if you step outside for a smoke, you can’t get back in because the bar is overcrowded. When my friend and I went outside to smoke, we weren’t allowed back in. I tried to explain to the security guard that I just wanted to collect my belongings and my friend so we could leave, but the guard was so drunk he could barely speak. I told him I would call the police if he didn’t let me take my personal belongings, and in response, he started insulting me. My question to the owner of this establishment is: do you consider it normal for your security staff to be drunk while on duty? People, next time if you’re also denied the chance to retrieve your things, don’t hesitate to call the police❗️❗️❗️
