Dear shop owner, I’m really confused with my orders. The second order: Does this one look like a “large 3-topping pizza “? The first order on March 9: Does a medium pepperoni pizza cost $22? Plus, when I ask the front desk girl “how big is the large pizza “,guess what she said? She answered “larger the the medium one “. There are lots of people in this state, u really don’t have to hire someone like this. You will never have me back again.

Last two orders here, the experience has not been pleasant. Last weekend, I ordered 64 wings and some breadsticks; 8 wings were missing and they hadn’t even made the breadsticks. This weekend I ordered again, same deal. We went to go pick them up and the breadsticks weren’t there along with our order so we asked where they were. Initially they denied it and said breadsticks were not part of the order. They checked the order and realized that the breadsticks were in fact part of the order and then gave it to us. We got home, opened the box of wings, and some were literally the size of a baby’s hand. We checked the breadsticks and they had obviously been left out because they were cold. Check your order before you leave with it because this place has started to become unreliable.

Made a carryout order with my hut rewards points, came out to paying $3. Picked the “pay in store” option. After i waited at the store for 15 minutes the cashier said he can’t ring me up because its a scam to give away $55 worth of food for $3. That he called his assistant manager and thats what the manager told him. That makes no sense if I made the order thru the pizza hut app and used my rewards.

This specific Pizza Hut has not let me down yet. I been here many times and every time I come here, my order is as expected, just what I asked for. I always order by phone and I’m always greeted by employees, they’re never rude to me and they never rush me. I’ve had good customer service here on ever visit. The pepperoni pizza here is good, and I know it’s the same thing just smaller, but I feel like the personal pan pizza is way better than a regular sized one. I never have to wait that long either for my pizza to be ready, it’s always done under 15 minutes. I didn’t like the wings so much, they were a little bit too soggy, but besides that it’s consistent and it’s what you would expect a Pizza Hut to taste like.

The Detroit Pizza was not as advertised. We ordered the meat lover’s. There was one piece of pepperoni per slice if that and no bacon. Way more sauce, probably to cover up that there was so little meat. The cheese did not come any where near the sides. HUGE disappointment!

I just want to say I ordered a deal for my mom and siblings and wasn’t thinking of what day it was today. They were super busy and packed! also people coming from other cities to come to this Pizza Hut because other Pizza Huts in the surrounding areas were running out of meat. On the website it said our order was ready but in reality it wasn’t because of how busy they were. We had to wait an extra 40 minutes. I’m so sorry you have to deal with such a hectic day but yall really are doing the best you can and my mother mentioned how professional everyone was!! They were even willing to give peoples money back! but we decided not to and to wait because of how professional they were. Management, if you hear about this or read this please give all those employees a raise or gift card, something!! I ordered my Pizza around 5:30 and didn’t get it until almost 6:30 so the people who were working around that time please show them how much you appreciate them!

Ordered on Dec 20 2024 delivery A medium pizza mozzarella sticks and wings. Which The pizza was the main item for my 3 year old. When the delivery man arrived he didn’t have the pizza. I returned the rest of the items as the whole point for the order was for my baby to eat pizza and was not delivered. I called the pizza hut talked to a guy and he assured me a refund of $38.11 which was not cheap. It’s now January 12th 2025 and still no refund and i try to call the store and no answer for two days. Thieves!!!!
