Came here with my family and nephews. The food was great everything came out quickly and the service was excellent even with the restraint being busy itself. They were very attentive and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Would definitely come again.

This IHOP has awesome quick service and the food is always quite good. I’ve yet to have a bad experience at this location.
Their new cannoli pancakes are amazing by the way. A definite recommendation. Servers here are quite nice.

Great service, great food and very clean! Seriously, I read other reviews complaining about hours posted vs when they are open. It’s got to be hard staying staffed but this place is trying. Had the Breakfast sampler. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs all cooked perfectly. Orange juice was delicious too. It wasn’t even busy on a Saturday morning. Louisville folks don’t typically like chains but this place is excellent.

Good food and great service from the young lady who was our server. The only two negatives were the heat seemed to be on high and we were sweating at our table and I personally witnessed the hostess use the restroom (#2) without washing his hands before returning to work. This wouldn’t have been so bad if he hadn’t then handled customer’s to go orders and food in the kitchen.

Went for breakfast. First off it was 19 outside and not much warmer inside. Space heaters kept staff warm while customers froze. How does a restaurant stay open with no heat?
The maple syrup was so cold it wouldn’t pour. Gravy was separated. Kids eggs were cold. Coffee was warm at best. Asked for sugar seeing there was none on table and “manager” apologized and blamed it on her lazy staff.
Staff didn’t care that we were there, more concerned about the conversations they were having in the kitchen area.
Won’t be back again.

I placed a to go order. $19 for a “Shredded Beef Burrito” and a side order of fries with ranch. And what I got was a tortilla with mostly rice, onions and a very little amount of beef. It was the size of a soft taco. And the fries? Just a few thrown in with the burrito, with some watered down yellow sauce? No ranch. After eating it I had to go get something to eat somewhere else. Is this how you do all of your take out customers? Had I dined in, and this was brought to my table I would have walked out. I was offended. Your cook has a strange sense of humor. And the quality control obviously doesn’t exist. I won’t be making that mistake again. And I recommend to anyone who is considering eating there, to go over to Costco and get a hot dog and a coke for $1.50.

Our waitress Andrea was rude!
She didn’t even smile, or great us she went directly to order our drinks and food also she didn’t put the plates down gentle. She took us the receipt before we even got started on our pankcakes, didn’t hesitate to ask if we needed something else.
The other waitress janeth was so friendly even though she was not serving us. Food was good too.
