Most everyone is very pleasant to deal with except the one guy at the drive thru. No idea his name, but I went thru on 3/6/26 at 3pm approx….. very rude and dismissive. Frozen Coke taste horrible also. I think they need to clean their machine!!!!

If you find yourself so horrifically misfortuned that you’re considering a place like Burger King, at least go further up the road to find one that isn’t so mismanaged. It could take them 15 minutes to fill a soda. There could be exactly one person working at any given moment. You’ll be lucky if you get what you ordered. How this place stays in business is one of life’s great mysteries.

The fries were hot but unfortunately the Whopper tasted and looked like a boiled
hamburger. Lettuce and tomatoes clearly hadn’t been kept fresh and were soggy and falling apart. Staff was friendly though. This was at 4:00 p.m. and there were about seven cars in the drive-thru lane. Burger King has fallen far from its golden flame broiled “Where’s the beef?” days. The property appeared to be well kept. Might be better off just ordering the cheeseburgers without any vegetables on it.

The food was really good. The service was very great. The atmosphere was nice. I was sad there wasn’t that many people there. I don’t know why it’s clean. I hope we don’t lose our Burger King

This is unacceptable. Not enough workers yet the app still accepts orders . There was a young kid with his little sister in the restaurant . When I asked h how to get my money back hos answer was …. I dont know what to do about this .????? At least they should know to tell customers to contact customer service from the app for a refund

Poor. Has gone downhill. SLOWWWW service. I could have gotten a better meal at Palatine Inn for the 20 min I waited. Instead I got two meh Impossible Whoppers that were stale and funky tasting. Stale bread. Took two bites and threw away. Oh well, serves me right for doing “Fast” food. 😀
