I ordered pizza from here a couple times. The delivery drivers are always late and pizza was cold. I ordered the last time there was a long hair baked into my pizza. I had enough points to order again so I did just a large cheese pizza thats it. I still had to pay delivery fee and tips for driver. Waited a half hour for my pizza after ordering still nothing. My boyfriend had to walk 6 blocks down the road to get the pizza still not sympathy or refund all because they were short on drivers. They told me that I would get points from my last order with the hair in my pizza never got them. Biggest scam ever. Worst customer service ever. I would honestly say my last time ordering dominos and if not my last time ordering from this location totally disrespectful. Just hope there happy with losing business for the company because I won’t be back. Really unhappy and unsatisfied. BUYER BE WARE!! FOR SURE!

Ordered delivery through the app. The food is good but the delivery guy was absolutely horrible. The food isn’t even cut all the way i had to cut it my self.. yes it tasted good but can you at least cut it? And on top of that the delivery guy was way too rude didn’t even say a word to me and crumbled and threw the receipt on my property outside! the trash can is right there. Dominos hire better employees. Edit: there’s no sauce with my cinnamon bites. It says it’s supposed to come with icing so now i’m going to eat dry bites?

I really order here at least once a week they’re close and cheap every time I’ve ordered besides once it’s been amazing order accurate they recently did mess up one of my orders but the young man I spoke to I didn’t end up grabbing his name and young women I spoke too we’re both very nice and accommodating to my problem amazing customer service goes along way

I ordered online a Parmesan stuffed crust medium sized pizza half pepperoni, half cheese, but for some reason on the app and asked me if I wanted to add cheese like extra I said no when I got home there was no cheese on the pizza. My husband called and spoke to a young man working that was extremely nice and very understanding and made us a whole brand new pizza for something that was my mistake which he did not have to do if I could rate them higher than five stars, I would he has excellent customer service an amazing hospitality way to go

After paying for items on the “Special” 2 Pizza DELIVERY Menu, one item was left off, on the 1st Pizza and on the 2nd Pizza, the options, were completely dis-regarded❓The delivery person was the only one who respected the instructions given. Unfortunately I tried to contact another manager and while there was over 20 employees so to say behind the desk. Let’s assume matt manager, handled the order. Wouldn’t accommodate a location issue becauseb app. It’s sad to say but he could have fixed this issue easily. But he still wants to charge money and waste my time.
Update about 5 weeks later 10/28/24
Pizza could not be held at a hot temperature while sitting in the building. If not picked up within half an hour (20 minutes) the cheese doesn’t separate on the pizza. Does not have a cheese pull formation when picked up from inside the building. and the boneless chicken insides aren’t hot anymore (luke warm) I just updated even worse ratings.. sucks but at least I’m honest. This place is a super miss or a hit.

So my order came out to 65$ told the person taking the order I have a 100 bill and was told the driver couldn’t take it ,for driver safety but if I let the driver take it as a tip there wouldn’t be a problem. I told them that was b.s I wasn’t going to give a 35$ tip .so the order was cancelled
