Had a great experience at this restaurant yesterday. Food was delicious and especially the lasagna was really nice & well served. The service was also great, was really well attended by our server, pretty sure his name was Matthew. I highly recommend the restaurant, the food & the overall pleasing environment, looking forward to dinning there again.

Lobster ravioli was not in a vodka sauce as listed. It was cold, and was a canned tomato sauce at best. The ravioli was cold as well. The crème brûlée was not creamy at all, it was more hard pudding than anything. You could taste the fluoride from the ice in the soft drinks. The calamari was clearly frozen from a bag and nothing like you would expect if you eat calamari. Our table was barely bused. We had piles of plates on the table when they brought dessert and the server didn’t bother to take the dirty plates when she dropped off the dessert to us. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Do not waste your time.

How can a lobster Ravioli be that bad. I can make better microwaved food, at least it will be warm. Maybe it’s a one time slip, but we left hungry after waiting more than 30 minutes for the food. The service was good, and the manager was kind enough to remove the dish from the menu, and also offered to send us food to the cabin which was really nice. Side note, it’s the most impossible restaurant to find (apple maps will take you to the other side of the results, Google Maps will take you through the slopes, it’s a maze to get there. For us it wasn’t worth the effort.

No problem with the service. The food was very lackluster. We got an $18 appetizer that was lukewarm. The bread supplied was more like croutons and extremely hard. The kids butter noodles were a very small serving. I would guess that they don’t have a full kitchen in the back with the quality of food served. I would not return.

We had a reservation for six tonight at 8 o’clock. It was not a good experience. It took forever to get weighed on. I watched my drink sit at the bar for 20 minutes two times before the waitress could get it to the table. We were Sat at a booth with six people that was probably F4 top the table didn’t go to the wall at the end. It was very uncomfortable. The most attention we got was at the end of the night when it was time to pay the food was subpar. The meatballs were dry.. Don’t go there

We had a reservation for 6:45 and got seated early because the place was practically empty, the waitress was super nice however the service was soooo slow.
We didn’t receive our food until an hour and 15 minutes after being seated despite ordering almost immediately. It also seemed like the staff were all confused as they tried to deliver appetizer to our table multiple times that were not ours.
Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

We’ve been skiing at Snowshoe for 30 years and we’ve eaten at all the restaurants. Al Dente was so disappointing. The $12 kids portion of buttered spaghetti was so meager. I don’t begrudge a business making a profit, but $12 for four child-size bites of pasta is just greedy! The service was inattentive and unhelpful, and our entrees were overcooked and underseasoned.

Absolutely terrible food, nothing like what was advertised. $27 for lasagna that couldn’t have been anything other than a TV dinner. Under no circumstance should you expect a good meal at this place.

Horrible experience. The food was sub par, the atmosphere was similar to a cafeteria in a run down hotel, and the staff seemed confused by simple questions about the menu. Not the vibe we were looking for at all, would not recommend.
