The food was good, but the service really needs work. I felt rushed, and most of the staff were young kids who didn’t greet or respond. I even said “how are you doing?” to the person serving me and got nothing. Same thing at the register. That’s just rude, and it shows there’s no training on basic hospitality. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Chipotle in Kyle has good food, but they could definitely improve their staff.
It’s rare these days to find someone who brings that level of hospitality and positive energy to a fast casual place, but she absolutely did. Because of her, what could have been a normal stop for food turned into a really pleasant experience. This is the kind of management that makes you want to keep coming back. Huge thanks to her and the team for making my day better.
Dear Chipotle Customer Service,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent order, confirmation number RM5-AA3, which was placed for pickup today, February 24, 2026. The order, which included a Chicken Bowl, was scheduled for pickup at 01:10 PM from the Kyle location.
While I appreciate the convenience of the pickup service, I was quite disappointed with the portion size of my Chicken Bowl. I am a regular customer and frequently enjoy your chicken bowls when I dine inside the restaurant.
However, I observed a significant difference in the quantity of food I received with this ‘to-go’ order compared to the generous portions l am accustomed to when ordering in-store.
The portion in my pickup order appeared noticeably smaller, which was rather unexpected and frankly, a bit frustrating. This experience unfortunately makes me reconsider placing future ‘to-go’ orders, as I feel the value proposition is diminished if the portion sizes are consistently smaller than what is provided for in-restaurant dining.
Could you please clarify if there is a specific policy regarding portion size differences between dine-in and ‘to-go’ orders, or if this might have been an anomaly with my particular order? Any insight into this discrepancy would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Robin Scott
1. I ordered a large queso and they gave me a small.
2. Chipotlelane is not 90 seconds waiting time
3. Your app support does not want to help customers. Will redirect and close out chat to not resolve issues.
Last time ordering Chipotle here.
Then it’s almost 5$ for a side quac and $4.50 ish for the drink. An up charge is an extra dollar or two. If you charge full price for these things clarify that.
I had the receipt in my hand because I was confused why my bill was over 30$. I said I’ll just put the Izzy away and get whatever comes with the meal then. She took the receipt away when I was still looking at it. Then I just said take the guac off too. Why would I pay full price for a tiny ‘dilla when I thought it might have came with it? I didn’t need a full side. She did not like that and was incredibly rude. We come to this place at least 2x a week and this is making me want to just drive up to austin for a bowl of this is the type of people you hire.
Fix your attitude, customer service is not for the weak- I’ve done it for a long time- if you’re miserable then get a new job.
For a new chain in a busy area, they are doing a great job. Customers in restaurant should take priority, and they’ve honored that. Critics need to extend grace considering they are managing to-go, dine-in, online orders, drive-thru, catering, prep and cleaning. My service was great keep it up!
