Omg. Delicious. Tasha was so helpful with it being our first time, she gave us all the samples. We fell in love with the brisket!! And our second fave was pulled chicken. And let me tell you they got the freshest coleslaw and corn pudding! I left so full and happy.

And let me tell you, the coleslaw and corn pudding were unbelievably fresh and tasty! ✨ Everything paired together so well.

Great service! They answer any questions and follow through. They have indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a Publix in the same parking lot. They also have some healthier options like non fried foods and delish proteins. The breast and wing chicken was delish. Went on a Saturday around 11am and it wasn’t very busy. This is in an area of Lexington that has a lot of new builds. I’m glad city barbecue is my area now.

Great new, 3rd local location of my favorite City BBQ chain in Georgetown/Lexington Ky. Easy to get in/out of this location. Super new and very clean inside. Great service and hard working staff. City BBQ has all my best food choices and some new, tasty things introduced from time to time. Good rewards program. This particular restaurant is a jewel in a fast-growing area of town. Tasha and store manager are great!

Nice place to try some bbq meat, plenty of parking available. I had brisket with my friend and a couple of sides. The food was well cooked and nicely served. Just wish they had more power sockets.

Stopped here on our way to Louisville. I am very picky about brisket and this restaurant does it exceptionally well. Sides were also first class. Don’t be fooled by its chain store exterior appearance … this is the real deal. Highly recommended.

I have got a two Meat combo they gave me chunks of fat of my brisket and my chicken was pink at the bone. I know how smoked chicken looked. It can be a little pink, but this was raw potato salad. Baked beans were great but the chicken I gotta Chicken leg and thigh and it was raw when I first went there. It was great something doesn’t happen because it’s determined me from go back there the one on Georgetown Street and citation Lexington Kentucky.
