I have now tried ordering here three times, once on door dash. Of the three times, all my orders have been completely wrong. Ordered mushroom and pineapple, but received sausage and jalapeños. The other occasion ordered pepperoni and received sausage and mild peppers. The first was a pretzel pizza instead of regular pepperoni. Tired of wasting money and time on a simple order just to have it screwed up. I wouldnt complain over a simple mistake here or there, but at this point I would just avoid this Little Caesars specifically… or, be smarter than me and check before you get all the way home, because they clearly don’t and can’t be trusted with handing you the correct pizza.

The management here is drier and more disgusting than the pizza they just tried to sell me. I should’ve walked out when I walked in and heard the manager yelling at his employee. No management member should ever speak to an employee the way they were especially in front of customers. I tried to mind my own business but my pizza was dry, gross and burnt. I had to drive 20 minutes back to replace it without a single apology from the manager. They tried to replace my pizza 3 TIMES with similar dried out pizza which I would’ve walked out with if I hadn’t demanded checking them out before I found a pizza worth the actual $6.00.it was worth, I’m so glad I don’t work under that manager. I’ll never come back to this location and I feel bad for the people that work under this manager. He might ” let their mistakes slides” but he needs to be held accountable for his mistakes and keep in mind he’s speaking in front of customers.

Did they change the extra most bestest to the regular pizzas? Pictures to prove they seem like regular. Or is it when you use the deals you get less since you pay less? Really sad, I must say! One slice of sausage had like 3 pieces same with the pepperoni. When they first had these it was almost to the edge with toppings, what’s going on here????

I’ve gone to this place three times, and every time has been a disaster. Tonight, I picked up the pizza, and when my kids opened the box to eat their dinner, we got this big black hole and to top it off the doe was falling apart in a bad way. We couldn’t eat it if we tried! The manager just shrugged it off and said they are doing the best they can, but obviously if they are sending customers home with pizza looking like that they don’t care.

I had a gathering to go to it was a potluck, and I don’t cook. So I ordered 10 pizzas, the Avengers on sale pizza, with multiple toppings in four different flavors, so you had many choices. Well, it was a hit at the party. Everyone loved the pizza and would recommend it to everyone.

Ordered here before a Boise State football game. App said it would be 40 minutes for pickup. Went into the store and only one person was working the front counter. I could here the cooks yelling out “8 orders up” but no employees move the orders into the pizza portal. 15 minutes after the app said my food was ready I got to the cashier and asked if my food is ready. She told me that the part of the order was ready, but that it would be twenty more minutes till the other part of my order would be ready.
I decided a hour and twenty minutes was too long to wait for pizza, so I told her to cancel the order and left. I contacted little Caesars customer service email and after ten days no one has responded. Even though I never received my order, I was still charged.
This store can handle a busy night. You are better off ordering from somewhere else because then you will actually get your food.

They have a specialty Pizza that has jalapenos on it and I just asked if they could take the jalapenos off and they told me no. This is after I walked in the door stood and looked at the girl at the counter who was scrolling through her phone. I counted to 15 before she even looked up at me. Then she stared at me for 3 or 4 seconds and asked if I needed to order something. Yeah duh! This place sucks!

This location never fails to disappoint! I’ve given them the occasional second chance over the last 10 years or so and I’m not sure why. Food is never made when promised and the quality is quite poor 9 times out of 10.
