Two pizzas were ordered from this location to my elderly father and his wife who life on F street. They arrived COLD and were charged $50.00! My sweet dad, who is 89, even gave the delivery person $5.00 tip. They will never do this outrageous order again. Both of them are unable at this time to drive.

Employee insinuated that my husband was a liar when he went to pick up my carry out order and gave them my name after having to wait to even be helped, employee stated snarkily that my husband didn’t look like a Kaitlyn, my husband responded my wife placed the order and is in the car. The employee then responded I guess ill have to take your word for it. There are several reasons why someone might send someone else to pick up there carryout orders, such as a disability, transportation, could be a gift. For a custumer to be questioned and treated that way like a liar is absolutely unprofessional. Do better.

Very rude. They did not acknowledge/greet my sister when she went to pick up her order that she had paid for. She stood waiting for someone to let her know if they were ready but everyone was busy and kept working, so she went over to pick them up and was yelled at by some woman and told to “Go back” and not to do that again. A younger guy apologized and went to give her her pizzas, but she cancelled her order instead, because it was embarrassing and uncalled for. I understand if she was stealing someone’s pizza but SHE had paid for HER order. Very unprofessional. Do better.

This restaurant calls the cops on their costumers after they burn their pizza for the 20th time and they were asked not to before they made it The delivery driver had brought us our pizza. We checked it. It was burnt. He said he would take it back to the store and have it taken care of. We waited over an hour. Had to go back to the store. Prove our point. Ask our money back nicely. Guy didn’t want to replace the pizza. Didn’t want to give us our money back neither neither one and then he calls the cops and the cop even said the pizza was burnt and the cop actually got us our money back for the pizza. The manager didn’t like it and he banned my husband and I from ever being able to eat at Domino’s again. We love their food but these people that work at this restaurant are horrible and if you want your money back and it was their mess up. Good luck we have Y’all started eating at Pizza Hut and it’s way better. Better service. Better food professional people
