Came in during lunch and it was busy didn’t mind the wait at all until I got my food. I ordered the number 2 with extra tomatoes, boiled egg, and cheddar cheese. They added cottage cheese instead of cheddar cheese and when I went to let them know they didn’t even bother acknowledge me even though I was standing right in front. Once they did the girl that made the salad didn’t bother to really pay attention to the way I wanted. So she just added a little bit of everything I ordered. But when I let her know since they charged for extra tomatoes I wanted more than just the basic amount of tomatoes. I can tell she was annoyed because instead of just handing me the salad she made me walk around the other customers for it plus gave me the oldest and most shriveled tomatoes she could find.

Great food decent prices worst customer service from employee Zoe if thats her real name assistant manager rene was ok but the girl Zoe has bad attitude she messed up our order, understandable were human we make mistakes, but when we come back to bring it to her attention and says its “no big deal” excuse me its inconvenient for some people no sorry let me fix that for you no just attitude no sorry from neither one workers thats were renew drops the ball. Do better siempre natural especially to customers thats the only reason yall stay open!!

I have really mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, the food is absolutely fantastic. Everything I’ve tried so far has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real effort put into crafting a menu that’s not only delicious but also genuinely healthy. It’s hard to find spots that hit both of those marks so well. Whether it’s the salads, grain bowls, or even the smoothies, everything tastes like it’s doing your body a favor without sacrificing flavor. Honestly, if I were rating just the food, it would be five stars, no question.
But unfortunately, the experience gets dragged down by the staff. I don’t know if I’ve just caught them on bad days, but every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been met with the same cold, borderline rude attitude. It’s not that I expect over-the-top friendliness, but there’s a difference between being professional and just seeming like you don’t want to be there at all. The energy is dry, conversations feel transactional to a fault, and there’s zero sense of warmth or welcome. I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up.

I begged my husband to have dinner with me at siempre natural because his never been there, and we came to this location and they literally didn’t put any chicken on my sandwich, the cashier wasn’t explaining the combos and we asked if we could get a side of “coditos” and she started saying that we should of changed the soup to the “coditos” and wouldn’t just sale us the side. I’m just annoyed because I payed $25 for 2 combos and just to get a little bit of portions of it, don’t expect to get what you pay for.

For me this restaurant screams healthy. the salads are always fresh, staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. During lunch time it gets really full, so I would recommend getting there a little earlier. Overall it is a great restaurant and the food is delicious.

Don’t even have real food as their pictures there food is fake they gave me plastic they didnt even show the actual food and they had children at the age of probably 11 working in the kitchen and when I also got my food I found not 1 but a clump of hair in my food and I told them and they said they didn’t want me here anymore cus they thought it was my hair but it wasn’t .

Janissa was the lady who helped me out at the front. Her attitude was rude form the beginning as soon as we got there. I came in with my mom and my mom was confused about the difference between the number 6 & 8, instead of explaining the difference she goes “it’s either the number 6 or the 8 ma’am”. So I told her, she’s only trying to ask you for the difference. So then I read the menu and I explain it to my mom, even tho it’s NOT my job to do so. I tell her what I’m gonna order and she goes “what sides and dressings” in the rudest tone. I asked her what they were since I was on the salad bar side and handing seen the menu they have on the counter. She tells me “it’s right there” in a raised tone and I said “okay rude” I see the toppings, pick them, and let her know. My mom gave me a comment about not wanting a 3rd topping and I said no that I didn’t want one and the girl goes “okay calm down” at this point I’m very annoyed at her attitude and I get mad that she’s telling my mom, who wasn’t even speaking to her to “calm down”. I tell her “my mom was talking to me, not to you, you don’t need to tell her to calm down”. She said “she doesn’t need to be talking about me then” and I tell her “she’s not, but you are being rude. The store on Trenton is a lot busier than this and they never have this attitude.” To which she replied “ well then go to the one on Trenton” now as someone who has worked on customer service for almost 4 years, it pissed me off and I asked to speak to the manager, she laughed and left to get him. When the manager shows up I explained what happened and told him that was just no way to be speaking to a customer and he was very nice. But your employees need to get their attitudes checked, if you can’t talk to a customer right or help them then get another job. When we left she was just laughing, in no world is that appropriate. I will be contacting a higher management to see something get done.
