The store was not very clean, the staff was not friendly or concerning about the customer. I have been going to Panda Express since it first opened in Pentagon City mall in 1989. I like Panda Express it is a nice restaurant with usually good quality and great consistency. The food has always had a good taste and good portion size. Restaurant can be great or terrible by the staff that run it. When we came in we are usually ready to order, the lady was loading the food in the pots really did not speak or let us know it would be a few minutes. The food was good, I had orange chicken and fried rice, my wife had the walnut shrimp and spicy chicken with fried rice. I did get two chicken egg rolls, I do not like there egg rolls they have a different texture and I do not think they have a good taste. I still like Panda Express and I would recommend them for the food quality. The restaurant needs more attention to the cleanness, there were a few tables dirty and it just needed to be organized and cleaned.

I went on Saturday feb 28 and came back again Monday march 2 and let me tell you the experience was great both times the tall manager Jocelyn with the glasses such great attitude and happy to be their normally don’t see much of that in restaurants these days she was making me smile and was efficient that women should be given a raise. The store is clean and bathrooms are well stocked and cleaned. The food was hot I ordered orange chicken and teriyaki with some spring rolls and one of the peach lychee refreshers. The food was delicious on both days. Will be coming back.

Ordered online, got a text that my order was ready so I went in. Woman working told me sorry they were just waiting on one more item, that’s fine (app had told me it wouldn’t be ready for another ten minutes anyway before the text so was not worried). Ended up being a few extra minutes, did not bother me but the employee apologized and was so kind. Someone else was sweeping up while I was in there, place was clean and everyone was so nice.

The food for the most part was okay, but the temperature was 40-50 degrees outside. And they adjusted the shade over us. Then shortly thereafter, the air conditioning came on as we were eating as if they wanted us to leave, I guess. So we left.

The staff at this Panda Express location are consistently rude — especially the Hispanic woman at the counter. I’ve gone in multiple times and every time she has a rude attitude and something passive-aggressive to say. If I happen to be picking up an order and gave you the name the only person ‘double checking the name’ should be you that is literally your job — I don’t work for Panda Express.
I was a repeat customer but not anymore. If you make a purchase they do not thank you – good way to lose business. I have received much better service at other Panda express locations however this location is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and low quality service.

3 pieces of beef with the beef and broccoli and 6 big stalks of broccoli. This place is beyond cheap and it’s by design I’m not coming here no more I’m tired
And the beat goes on now these people are thieves!!!!! I ordered Two plates not 2 bigger plates. It would be perfectly fine if they gave me extra of ANYTHING but this woman skimped on EVERYTHING!!!! And missed TWO WHOLE DISHES. Corporate should get involved but they probably promote this type of thing
