Honestly the best service and the kindest owners and staff all around! I hadn’t had snappy tomato since 2011 when I was pregnant with my daughter and as a flight attendant I would always fly into Louisville too late and leave too early to even get a chance to order. The hotel I stay at is so far from them but I called to see if they would make any kind of exception and they did! Jay was so kind and he drove 35 minutes just to deliver me and my crew their amazing chicken ranch pizza! I am so beyond grateful! The pizza was also exactly how I remembered it! So Delicious! I wish we had a snappy tomato in SLC, Utah where I’m based! Thank you Jay so much! This truly meant so much to me! I tell everyone all the time if they go to Louisville, they have to get Snappy Tomato! You can’t visit Louisville, KY without it!

First thing my wife talked about when she picked up the order was the excellent customer service.. GREAT JOB! This is a huge win in my book, and the food made it even better. Great ingredients, and fairly priced. We’ll definitely be back! Make sure to try the meat topper

Ahh the snappy tomato. An instant reminder of the tastes of another time. Allow me to take you back to 2010, a time long before Covid, the dawn of cell phones, and of course the prime era of snappy tomato. I had almost forgotten about this relic of my youth but when I remembered it best believe I got there real snappy.

Surprisingly but equally as welcome was the realization that recipe had remained exactly the same over the course of the last decade. To say I was thoroughly impressed was an understatement. Upon arriving I was greeted by an amazing cast of essential workers who are not only changing the workforce, but the game of pizza as a whole. The sauce was to die for, half baked uninspired pizza places like Papa John’s & Dominoes could never compare. The crust was something unlike I have ever experienced. The cheese so exquisite it would not be a stretch to say it must be imported from another land ?? Needless to say, an absolute delight to the senses !! I was greeted not only with a smile, but I feel as though I was recognized as an individual in this establishment and for that I’m truly grateful. I wanna say thank you to the owners of this establishment for bringing a light to this town that’s been shrouded in darkness for so many years. Thank you to everyone involved in making this place possible. Covid ruined many small business like my own, but I think we’ve all been inspired by this establishment to not only prosper in our subjective work environments but make the world a better place.

Go pizza fiends !!!!

Snappy’s is the best pizza place that could have came to LaGrange. Their Pizza is always great nice and warm when delivered. Staff in store and Delivery Drivers are very friendly and just the atmosphere of the store and staff while waiting on pizza to be done is just awesome. LOVE , LOVE , LOVE SNAPPY’S!!!!!

I could not be happier with the experience I had with ordering from Snappy Tomato tonight.
I called to ask if it would be possible to make a pizza that wasn’t on the menu. I was fully expecting to be told “no”. It was a bit of an odd request, they had all of the ingredients but they weren’t all offered as toppings when ordering online. The manager was so friendly and more than happy to try to make the pizza that I wanted.
It arrived faster than I had expected and the delivery driver was also incredibly friendly.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was wanting. It was made perfectly and was delicious.
I will absolutely be ordering my next pizza from Snappy Tomato. The customer service was as good as the delicious pizza.

Horrible customer service – by the franchise owner!
My order was apparently delivered to our business, but the driver didn’t attempt to open the door or call us. They sat the order on the porch in leaves and broken down walnut shells. Didn’t attempt to call to let us know they put left it on the porch either then lied and said they rang the door bell of the business.
When I called after an hour I was told they didn’t have my order, then told they attempted to deliver when I opened up the door to find the pizza box in a pile of leaves and the bag in the walnut shells from the wind. I was told that I needed to listen when I requested a refund. I guess good customer service has went out the door for this business. When opened it was amazing. The franchise owner might need a customer care refresher. Very poor customer service- We won’t order from this local business any longer. Sad when dominoes and door dash know how to provide better customer service than this local franchise.

I LOVE PIZZA!!! With that being said, this place hits the spot every time! We like to get a half sausage-half cheese pizza and sometimes add some cheese bread. The orders are ready quickly when you order online and it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is my fav pizza place in LG now.

Definitely the best pizza, by far in La Grange. The only downside is it’s carry out or delivery only. However, the pizza is so good that I’m happy to eat it at home. The Snapperoni is our favorite. There is usually a coupon available which drops the price of the pizza by $4.
