I love the vibe and the hospitality here. The cashier and kitchen staff seem like they genuinely enjoy working, which makes the experience really pleasant.
As for the food, the hot sub didn’t quite impress me. I ordered Bennett’s Famous Cheese Steak, and while it was okay, I’ve had better versions elsewhere.
Overall, I really enjoy the atmosphere here, and the food is decent.

What a disappointment. Today I purchased 2 bowls of Grilled Chicken F’Bombs had them several times before and raved to friends and co-workers at BU. No longer raving, I received dry chicken a tsp of sauce and hardly any vegs, counted exactly 4 small slices of pepper/onion and mushroom. Person I spoke to around 6:30pm tonight apologized w/o at least offering a discount for another order. Be sure to check your orders. No more raves or recommendations. Won’t be back.

I order takeout from this store about once a week. Their turkey, chicken, and steak sandwiches are all top notch. The quality control is typically excellent as well. Yesterday, there was a minor mistake with my order, so I called into the store to discuss a resolution. Jay, the team leader, was very courteous and took my name down for a complimentary replacement sub the following day. When I returned, the manager Ryan came out to personally apologize for the error. Mistakes are bound to happen every once in a while, and it speaks volumes about this Bennetts store that they go out of their way to make things right in these cases. The top notch customer service and delicious subs will keep me coming back long into the future. Thank you Jay, Ryan, and the rest of the Bennetts team!

Slaps!! I went in very hungry so I couldn’t make up my mind. The man at the counter was super helpful and friendly! He recommended the “Left Coast Steak and Cheese“ and it hit the spot. I couldn’t decided between hot and cold and this was perfect. Service was 10 outta 10!

Buyer Beware if you order Uber Eats. Super disappointed they forgot my drink, siracha sauce for my fries and other side. I feel ripped off and overcharged. Will try to get reimbursed but not happy with my order:/ Dissapponted this is my experience after looking for top rated places in the area.

UPDATE: They changed their fries and not for the better. To add they are using really dirty oil as the fries had black crud all over them. That is definitely not black pepper or appetizing.

Steak and cheese today was 3/5 at best.
Two stars for them getting the order done on time. Besides that I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Nice little spot to order steak & cheese along with crispy battered french fries. Highly recommend if your on the go!

Normally a solid breakfast sandwich choice. There was a mix up on my order today where they forgot to add hot peppers onto the sandwich. I called to explain the mix up, and the gentleman apologized, but said he wouldn’t offer a credit for a future order. The hot peppers are the best part! Solid food, but poor customer service. They lost my business today.
