Omg, this was super authentic and incredibly delicious! Reminds me of when I’ve traveled southeast Asia. I cannot recommend this more than saying to you ‘stop reading my review and go get in line to order right now!’ My husband and I had a great chat with them as we waited for our food. We’ll 1,000% be back when they are open next season as they are closing for the winter in a day or two. Portion sizes did not disappoint! We ate the Thai BBQ and the Pad Thai.

Authentic, delicious food! I had the vegetarian pad pak and the veggies were super fresh and the sauce was amazing, I wanted to drink it. I sat at the picnic tables near the truck but you could just as easily picnic in the park at the tables there.

It’s been a long time since I’ve reviewed a place but Thai Cuisine by Paan was awesome. There was some Farmer’s Market going on and we tracked em down, I was looking for something light and so got spring rolls (the last ones, shrimp!) and mango sticky rice and my partner got chicken fried rice, both of which were delicious as well as our drinks. The man at the register was very courteous and pointed out that the flower in the spring roll was a Thai orchid—a lovely touch. Would definitely look for them again next time we’re in Ely.

My husband and I were just driving through Ely for a camping trip. We love Thai food and are so happy we turned around to check out this food truck. I have Celiac and they were very allergy aware. The food was incredible! The portions were huge and the presentation was beautiful! We almost re-timed our trip home to be able to grab food on the way back. The only downfall is that they aren’t closer to us in Wisconsin. We will for sure be stopping every time we are in the area.

We were driving in from far far away, starving. We called to order and thought they were open a half hour later than they were. They stayed opened late so we could grab dinner AND the food was amazing. We eat a lot of Thai and love it, so we’re a little harder to impress. Seriously. Order double so you can eat it for breakfast too! I’d like to mention also, how stoked the gal cooking was that we found her and she was obviously more than happy to stay open a little late to feed us.

Found this while walking around and we were SO happy we stopped. Food is amazing, authentic, and so flavorful. I got paanang curry with extra spice which was perfect. The curry sauce was so creamy. Husband got pad Thai which had the perfect amount of sauce, and combination of textures from bean sprouts and other ingredients. We LOVED our meal. Service was fast, people were so kind. If we lived around here we would be back weekly.

The best Thai food my fiancé and I have had. We stumbled upon them last fall and fell in love with the khao soi immediately. We wound up getting a second one for each of us. We have been waiting all winter to have it again and finally got back the other day and it’s everything I remembered. The food is so good here. Highly recommend. They are also extremely friendly and make the whole experience amazing.

Completely delicious. This was a treat to find here in the Northwoods. Our large group ordered nearly everything on the menu and all of it was extremely tasty. The Pad Thai and Chicken Satay were particular favorites. The team worked quickly and efficiently to produce a high quality meal and all of us left full and happy. Thank you to everyone! We will be back!
