Always fresh, always worth the wait!
Schlotzsky’s consistently delivers delicious, freshly made food that hits the spot every time. Even during busy hours, the staff keeps things moving with efficiency and care. The sandwiches are stacked with flavor, the bread is always warm and soft, and everything feels made just for you. I’ve never had a meal that wasn’t satisfying and high quality.
Even when there’s a short wait, it’s absolutely worth it—the freshness speaks for itself. The atmosphere is clean and laid-back, perfect for enjoying lunch with friends or grabbing a bite solo. Whether it’s your go-to original sandwich or a new favorite, Schlotzsky’s gets it right.
Service: …
I was able to walk up and order immediately. The man who took my order seemed preoccupied and in a hurry. I ordered soup and two sandwichmeal deals, one to-go and one for dining in, that were supposed to include chips and a drink. The man walked away without giving me chips or drink cups. I went ahead a got a drink cup for myself.
A young lady brought me the dine-in sandwich, and I asked her if chips were supposed to come with the meal. She responded and asked what kind I wanted. She was very stoic, not the least bit friendly, much less apologetic. Shortly thereafter, she brought the to-go order.
I eventually looked in the to-go order and saw the chips were missing and there was no drink cup for it. The same young lady came by to deliver another person’s order, and I got her attention to tell her my to-go order was also missing the chips. It was a repeat of the first time. I didn’t even bring up the shorted drink, as it wasn’t worth it at that point.
Overall, the food was good, but the service was bad. My family likes Schlotzsky’s a lot, but it seems like we frequently have odd experiences at this particular location.
