Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

I should have checked the reviews prior to making a purchase.
$8 for a slice is ok if it was tasty and not oily that goes to the Stromboli as well, tasteless, oily and expensive.
I don’t mind spending my money knowing it is gonna be tasty. No wait because nobody is here.

The pizza was good as I saw the guy preparing the daily batch earlier in the morning. It is definitely not frozen. The pizza was good, nothing special. The garlic knots was another story. It was not baked well and I would have preferred the crust to be a bit crunchier and soft on the inside. The price for the slice of pizza and garlic knots was not worth it. As someone said, it is definitely highway robbery at its best. Just because it is in a location, does not mean you can charge an exorbitant price for the food.

Villa used to have good pizza. Now it tastes about as good as a 5$ frozen pizza from Walmart. Crust is mediocre. Way too expensive as well.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I was waiting in line behind another customer, and once that customer was helped, the employee assisting them walked to the back without acknowledging me or letting me know he would return. Meanwhile, two other employees were either bringing food from the back or working at the register, occasionally glancing in my direction but not offering any assistance. The overall experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service moving forward.

$8.56 for a pepperoni slice is the absolute definition of highway robbery! Multiply that by 6 slices per pie? $50 for a pie? Not even the great pizza shops of NYC charge that much. I live on the road, I expect to pay a premium at rest areas, but this is beyond acceptable. It was mediocre at best!!

$13 for 2 average pizza slices. I could do $8 or $9, but not $13. Good bye.

Absolute trash. The menu didn’t even have true to itself items. They claimed to have two different salads but it was the same, gross, disgusting trash. Same for the chicken patty thing, which looked ok, but was, in reality, garbage. I can’t believe this is still an operating restaurant. When I asked why some of the stuff on the menu wasn’t there, I was answered with, and I quote “I don’t know”. What the hell, I hope they are ashamed of the garbage they are giving out to the world. I had to pay $60 for 5 meal items by the way. Once again, more than disappointed, and they need to be closed down.
