A lovely place to get your sweet tooth satisfied. The chocolates are nicely made – I didn’t try them, but I bought two boxes for friends.

I won a gift card thru SLUG Magazine & I am sooooo glad I entered that giveaway bc this place is amazing. Delectable, indulgent treats that I believe are fairly priced for gourmet chocolates!
The owner is a personable & kind woman who happily took time to recommend treats & chocolates to my friend & I on our visit according to our tastes. You can tell she’s got love for what she does.
It would be nice if there were places to sit & chat with friends inside but it being immediately next to the library & Washington Square makes up for it. I also wish that their hours were a bit more expansive but understand this is a small business with a small team but a loooot of talent & passion

I tried the Kouign Amann and was transported to the islands. The outside had the perfect brulee crust on the top and bottom that gave it a rich caramel taste and a beautiful crunch. The inside was fluffy and inviting and carried the residual flavors very well. A place I will DEFINITELY return to again!!!!

We remember the previous place that would have taken all kinds of work, being a bakery and cafe. This has to be better. There is still a handful of fantastic pastries, including the important Kouign-amann. It’s as good as ever.

Read about this wonderful little chocolate shop in Gastronomic SLC and had to make a quick trip. The shop was beautifully decorated and had all of the wonderful chocolate creations attractively on display. Tried a few of the truffles, a RoRo (the owner’s take on what I think is supposed to be a homemade oreo but filled with divine dulce de leche), and a chocolate treat covered in Coco puff dust. Each truffle was easily recognizable as its displayed flavor, the whiskey truffle being the winner for me. Stoked for the next time I’m in the area to swing in and try more wonderful treats.

We don’t really have a French pastry culture in Utah. You have Gourmandise and more Gourmandise by a different name. Most pastry shops create similar products. I appreciate what they did here. To justify the price you’d need to understand and appreciate bonbons as an art form. The tempering of chocolate and the ingredients in the fillings. I hope this place sticks around long enough for me to bring my kid when they’re walking to pick out a little treat.

I’ve lived in Europe most of my life and been to France a lot. I tired the madeleines and they are authentic. If you are looking for delicious treats and want to experience some authentic French patisserie I highly recommend coming here.

My husband and I stopped in and purchased pastry and chocolates. BEST pâte à choux I have ever had!!! We purchased an assortment so we could try almost everything. AMAZING!
The customer service was next level. The woman who assisted us gave us recommendations, was patient with us even though we didn’t know exactly what we wanted and as she was wrapping up our items she put our chocolate box inside an insulated pouch with a couple of mini ice packs! If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I highly recommend for a fun treat, special occasions or just because you appreciate amazing baking and confections.

Perfect Bonbons. The shop was small and quaint. The confections were crafted with a level of professionalism that I hardly see in Salt Lake City. Everything in this shop is well worth the price as all the items show a level of skill that is beautiful. 10/10 would go again.
