The protein portions on the burritos are so stingy that the meat burritos are actually vegetarian! 2 of the tiniest scoops I’ve ever seen.
The ingredients all taste so bland, generic, and not fresh. Microwave rice, factory guac, cafeteria carnitas and uninspired salsa.
Truly the worst burrito I’ve ever had.
I won’t be back.

Someone else picked up my order and they re-made it so quickly. I was grateful to not have to reach out to customer service and eat dinner in a timely fashion. Thank you for making it right! I wonder if your POS WiFi is unsecured as the person who took my order said my first name and last initial and no other orders had a similar name.

Went here to get a bowl, the lady was giving the most minuscule scoops so I was asking oh could you put a little bit more not knowing she was going to charge me extra for every single thing as in rice, corn salsa, pico sour cream, not even extra charge items. The bowl was $18 for one. Would not recommend here just go to chipotle. Also almost forgot our chips and hat to remind them for the fourth time.

We love this Pancheros! The food is always wonderful, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always very clean. We are here several times a week. I would also like to give a special shout out to Fran! We have gotten to know her a bit and think she is just wonderful!

I want my money back! Quesadillas were small (you get two pieces) and super soggy. The chicken was cubed and pre-processed. The carnitas quesadilla literally had a tablespoon on mushy meat. Pancheros was so good back in the day, but the quality now is non existent. Shame on them.

Delicious food and fast service, very clean establishment. Still a great place to grab a bite to eat. A couple of young men were working the other evening, they were both very welcoming and hospitable. The food is delicious too, assembled right in front of the customer.

I’m not much of a Mexican cuisine fan but, I really like this restaurant. It’s like a Subway for Mexican food…everything that you love is wrapped up in a burrito, no matter how many ingredients you choose. They fry their own tortillas, professionally add the ingredients that you prefer, they roll it up, ask you if you’d like a certain sauce, & BOOM!…your own personal burrito!
